My bf is Russian (I am too), and I already got him a $20 shirt with a russian cartoon logo. It's a really personal thing between us, cuz i'm 1 of the few ppl who knows about his favorite childhood cartoon.
I did some "snooping around" and found out that he spent $30 on my present...I don't know what it is, and i want it to be a surprise, so I'm not being too dishonest.
I know that quality is more important than price, but I'll feel better once i find something for $10 to add to his gift.
Do you have any inexpensive gift ideas? nothing lame, maybe something funny..

and PLEASE don't criticize me for trying to match his price...I'm not asking for criticism!

I'm Russian, so stop insulting our nationality...
We're 16/17 yrs. old, so no Vodka (unfortunately!)

my boyfriend isnt aloud to date yet and we have been going out for two and 1/2 years finnaly a bout a month ago his mom said he could date just he had to go on group dates. but for some reason he just doesnt act like hes my bf still and he acts like he is just my friend (he kinda flirts with my sister in a way because she flirts with him) my friend asked him why he hadnt kissed me yet and she said that he really likes maybe loves me but wouldnt give any other details he says he is just trying to figure things out and that its hard cuz im his first gf (but i think 2 and 1/2 years should count for something) how do i get him to act more like a bf than a good friend?

because i struggle to pay child-support as well as support my own family of four. while my sons' mom got to sit on welfare for 10 years as well as sec. 8 . she now has a great job still has sec. 8 and has prevented me from have any type of relationship with my son. she's the dead beat and should be responsible for paying back at least half of what is owed to welfare. welfare has become a career to young wimen now.

After 2 mounths of going back and forth w my ex we keep on talking to each other. I still love her. She says she doent want to think about us like that anymore n doesnt want to try and work things out. Last night i called her. We kept talking till i sliped i was planig on proposing to her in june she was shocked "Wow" and "oh my god" was all she could say. I kept talking n well it lead me to cry and then she started 2 cry. Why would she cry she is the one that dumped me and i am the one pursuing this. All i want from her to think about all of this. The relationship lasted 4 yrs n we both always talked about kids n marrige. The break up came from nowhere only that she felt no romantic connection. I always gave her 100% i gave up parts of my life to be with her. I always told her how i felt and now this. Niether of us can stop calling one another. my only question is why would she cry over this, if this is what she wanted? I sent her a email telling, i will leave her be as best as i can.

I just broke up with my boyfriend of a year, who wasn't exactly God's gift to women. I did give my heart to him, but I could never seem to have his. Two days after I broke up with him, with him knowing how I still felt about him, he went to a work party. I found out by him that he went alone, and didn't dance with anybody. I find out by 5 other people who were there also that he took another woman with him, and danced with several others. Then, a week later, he went to the work Christmas party. He said he took a friend with him whom her fiance' stayed in the lobby and gambled, and didn't dance, and he went home by 9:30. I hear from several other people that he danced with her the whole evening, and he got caught by his friend whom he went in on a motel room with for the night in the "act" with her. Who should I believe?

We been going out for a year and a couple of months, through out the whole relationship theres been nothing but agruing and fighting. We finally got passed it, and well I want to move on. But everytime I do that he makes me feel bad for leaving him. I tell we can still be friends. Im not in love with him anymore I just have a friendship love. My guy that broke up with me on Monday because HE lied and didn't want to admit it sent a text saying that he wants a book back that I'd borrowed 4 months ago. I was thinking that the text was really cold and insincere and if he really wanted to talk, he would have said something nicer. Plus I'm going through a lot since the breakup, feeling really bad. So, I told him I'd send it to him and he text back saying not to worry about sending it. Is he supposed to be pissed at me now. I don't get it. I think I've just given him a reason to never speak to me again. I was fine with just not having contact, but he contacted me.

So after 8 years of being together, 6yrs married, and a 3 yr old lil girl my wife decides to get a divorce. I tried to do everything to try to make the marriage work but she wanted to be single again. 6 months later I won custody of my daughter, got a good job, and been dating alot!! She came over to visit my daughter last week and started to tell me that she wanted to get back with me and that she made a mistake by wanting to leave me.
Now, I've been single for all this time and doing a lot of dating and meeting girls and gone on with my life. I've gotten over her and I dont trust her anymore. My parents say that I should think about it cuz she is after all the mother of my daughter. But really, my daughter would be the only one benefiting from us getting back together. Would yall give her a chance?

Okay, here goes about 3 weeks ago me and my old man told his mother not to attend our sons b-day party because she was very disrespectful to my son. sayin he was ugly and not my old mans son..... Now, I can not take my son to his grandfather (they are divored now) so he can see him because she is dropping the two younger kids off.... I have to sneak around to let them see him because she says she doesn;t want her kids around my son who is 1.... I am tired of the childish games she plays and I know if I speak with her she will just drag everything out and turn it around to make other people look bad..... So how can I fix this childish person and get my life back to normal without having her call the cops which she is good at??? any help will be appreciated ty

My wife is bipolar. she is on meds now but it doen't make a big change in how she talks to me or the kids. She can act totally sane infront of strangers or immediate family, people who she isn't around very often, but the rest of us catch hell all the time. My son, the youngest of three, seems to be her main taget for verbal abuse, then me. Our oldest daughter was the target until she moved out at 18 years old. Our middle daughter seems to have been skipped over. Has anyone else experienced something like this and if so how did you deal with it other than divorce?
