What's wrong with women in your age group?

I'm told personally from women that it is because older men are more mature, settled and often have more "resources" at their disposal. Prestige and power don't hurt either.
And yes, I can verify that many younger women will date older men. I have seen and been involved in relationships with spreads as much as 20(ish) years. I'm 41 now.

I tend to date guys younger than I am . . . but 42 is not bad since I'm 40

Yea I like guys that are older than me I would not go with some one that is younger than me. For some people it is because guys mature slower than girls so in order for some guy to be on or close to your level you would probably have to go with some one older than you. I like for I guy to be like... taller and broader and masculine and muscular. You know just kind of be the head of the relationship. Kind of aggressive you know.
