Wouldn't a woman be in contempt of court if she provided her lawyer with slanderous statements and lies against her husband in a divorce filing, when she is the quilty party of embezzeling from her husband over $40,000? She also falsified birth certificates of their children in order to get more credit cards in their names. What happens when her husband can no longer pay the lawyers and isn't represented in court? Does she win and get what she wants, even though he is the victim of abuse in the marriage? She is guilty of numerous crimes going untold. She shops and returns items for cash, not a crime but certainly wrong. He is a pharmacist and she has never worked a day in their nine year marriage. Her parents in Tucson run a ficticous business out of their home and have listed their grandchild, four years old as an employee. Her parents don't work but live in an expensive home in the foothills of Tucson. Manipulating the courts is their source of income. Any answers out there?
