These guys at school(every single guy) call me sexy in front of everybody and even MORE!!!Should I live with it or stop them?

It's all about how comfortable you feel about it. I'd suggest you should enjoy the attention when you get some. As long as they don't encroach into your space in any way, it shouldn't harm you.
Just chill and have fun. Not every girl on the block gets those compliments !!

It depends if you like being called sexy??? but if you don't tell them to stop and maybe just ignore them ignoring works.

Live with it. Compliments come fewer and farther between when you get older.
