one of my friends is haveing a relaionship that he loves the girl but she dosent love him back and the girl likes me and i like her (some what) so my ? is should i go out with her even if my friend loves her.

No no no, young man, absolutely not. It's not like you are head over heels about this girl and even if they break up she is off limits. He loves her, He is your friend, she is not the only girl on this planet. find someone else for yourself and don't get in the middle of this.

If you like her. i wouldn't go with her until you and your friend has talked about it.. that could really hurt your friend to find out your going with the girl he loves.. that would break his heart. I would just talk to him, ask if he is OK with it or not, that's the only way to find out if he will not be heartbroken

Is your friend really important to you?
Chances are that girls will come and go, and you will continue to be friends. Is it worth hurting a friendship over a girl that you just "somewhat" like?
