We were together 2 yrs and recently broke up. I want him back but he keeps sayin its how it has to be, we broke up cause his parents are dumb and dont like me cause im a quiet person, they thought i was just rude! I have to go to his house today to get some of my things and i am getting my hair done before i go so i will look hot as lol should i jus act like i dont care bout him anymore and like im over it?

My Sister And I Always Fill Our Parents Stockings Each Year And This Year We Are Running Out Of Ideas. Their Hobby Lists Are Short And Wouldn't Really Fit Into A Stocking (Their Hobby Like Things You Know?). So I Just Need Basic Ideas Besides The Usual Mags., Cologne, Deod., Lotion, Etc. Some Unique Ideas, Money Really Isn't An Issue. Also My Grandmother Will Be In Town And We're At A Total Loss As To What To Put In Hers. And Last But Not Least On My List Is My Daughter Who Turned One Recently. I Know There Are Some Creative People Out There (I Myself Am Not One Of Them) ! Thanks So So Much!!!!!!!!!!!

Arranged marriages are a norm in most of the Indian families where parents choose suitable partners for their children.

Women get the bad end of the deal coz not only dont they not know anything about the guy they marry, they have to give dowry, they are the ones who are expected to change, adjust, compromise, sacrifice according to their husband's desires.

So, girls, if u had the choice and ur parents would allow, would u choose arranged marriage or would u prefer to choose a person urself who is compatible and who u love, respect for an equal partnership of life?

I've been eye flirting w/her for bout a year in class. She seems like the outgoing type but she never talks to me. Also, one time she walked past by me and ignored me, and then she looked at me from a side view. I don't know why she does that. There was another time where she tried to get my attention in the hallway. When I turned around to look at her, she seemed happy. I have a boyfriend, William, and we have been going out for 1 year and 3 months, this Christmas. He has been helping his family right now with some financial issues, but he never calls me. Theres this guy i've known for a few months and the other day he came to my house. When he was leaving he hugged me and we started kissing. This went on for about 15mins. He left and about two hours later i got an email from him saying sorry about before and that he thinks we should carry on being friends. I really like him and I could tell he likes me too. I guess I really struck a nerve with some of you. To answer some of your questions:
We have been together for 24 years.
We are in our mid 40's.
We have been swinging for 16 years.
We always have safe sex with others.
I understand it is a moral issue for some, however, it is something we share and do not find immoral in any respect. In fact we have a better relationship than anyone we have ever met. We are best friends, lovers and very family oriented.

We do find it morally objectionable to cheat on your mate. I do not worry about my spouse cheating on me nor does he worry about me. We are very secure in our relationship.

I understand that there are different strokes for different folks and respect all opinions.

I find it reprehensible that anyone would be judgmental in their response and just equate that to a small person.

I was in a relationship for 3 years with a guy and we are both straight acting. He recently started to talk about not having a future together. I was already insecure about losing him, but said Ok when he came back and said he had a girl interested in him. I didnt want him to leave but he finally left last month and now he says he is committed to the girl. I really love him too much, but think that he wouldnt have dumped me had it not been for the girl, only on the pretext that he didnt see a future together as lovers, but as friends between us. I really want him back in my life, but he refuses to come back to me stating that I shouldnt try and get things back to square one. He also owes me money and a few other things. I am hurting, wanting to let go but still hope he will come back to me someday to be able to share our beautiful moments together. What should I do? Feb. 2005 I had my first date with my husband. I became preganant and we decided to get married after only a few months of knowning each other.. dumb I know now.. but we did have a few gentle shoves in the marraige direction. He was irrisponsible before and he still is.(but very good at telling me what I need to hear) We have seperated because he can't seem to pay any of the bills to keep the heat or electricity on but still has money to sink into his precious mud truck.. I am working and do put all of my money into the bills but he makes three times as much as me and I can't keep up. I redebate my decision to leave constantly. Does anyone have a similar storey?
