Depends on the guy but usually a fresh smelling colone or a light musk.
A colonge is great if you want your women to think about you! I sometimes will smell a hint of my boyfriends cologne on someone elese walking by and i can't wait to get home and give my boyfriend a big kiss!
But guys do not try to cover up sweat, or take a bath in it.

ya, its nice for a man to smell good, i would go for fresh during day and musky at night.

Skip the cologne, just use really nice fresh smelling body wash, shampoo, etc.

nicely when you consider that im a woman, i actual choose cologne because of the fact there are maximum of boys that has this specific cologne and it basically smells soo stable and that i ought to be around them. i choose the cologne awl. soo stable!!

I like fresh! And Tag or Axe is good, as long as it isn't too much.
I like it when they smell clean, that is always good.
A signature 'guy' scent works nicely.
