So I always seem to find the cooles guys but they always turn out to be friends. They don't see our relationship as anything but more than that. Maybe I'm too nice??

I love my boyfriend of over 6 months very much...but I'm still in love with my ex, whom was my first love. I can't get over him. I've tried, but I've failed. It's like we're connected so closely and drawn together by a magnetic force. So I'm wondering, is your first love your strongest love? Will nothing ever compare to it?

I like this girl and we have great chemistry. We've been on a couple of dates. She has hurt someone in the past and has seen relationships end in the demise of friendships and doesn't want to go through that hardship herself.

I know that she wants a family but she says she isn't ready for a relationship now.

I completely understand her stance on this topic, but I also know that it doesn't make sense to hide for fear that something isn't going to work out, when there is a good chance that it might and something great might also come of it.

What do I do?

On work days i throw on a pair of jeans and a reg shirt, but on other days i dress my tail off looking dabulous and i get compliments from everybody from men 2 women BUT my own man wont acknowledge me or compliment me. WHATS DA PROB!? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend doesn't understand deaf culture. I am hard of hearing but i dont let many people know because many don't understand. I went to a Deaf Christmas Party Saturday and i have 2 more to go to next Saturday. He laughs at the fact that I went to a deaf party. I tried to tell him I'm hard of hearing and he simply said "I'm talking to you on a telephone right now." Well yes he was but i had the volume all the way up and could still barely hear him. He says i'm using it as an excuse to justify being at a deaf party without looking stupid.

I don't have a job or any money right now; I will soon, so any website of particularly unique items - he's into guns,horses,cooking,casinos,fishing,cars,history (civil war),south Louisiana,amusement parks, travel, dancing,country music, antiques,collecting good alcohol, special comic books,The Davinci Code, working out,movies,collecting music boxes; things I know NOTHING about! He has whatever he wants! He's very special to me - any creative ideas on how to let him know this? i was hooking up with a boy my entire senior year of highschool and then we both went off to college and havent really talked much since....but then over thanksgiving break he called me but i was not in town so i couldnt see him but i know he wanted to me to come over to his apartment so we could "hook up". so over winter break i want to call him and go over there and hook up with him again like old times...the thing is though we were never a couple or anything or exclusive with eachother...so bascially we hooked up the first night i met him and then after that became freinds with benefits but i was never satisfied with just having benefits i wanted more but he would never want to .....so the question is should i hook up with him over winter break or is that a bad idea to bring up the past???

I was talking to one of my guy friends(r) about his friend (s) who i like.

Well (r) asked (s) if he liked me. He said that he likes me as a friend and that he just wants to be friends.

Does that mean i will never have a chance to date him or tell him myself that i like him?

I didnt tell (r) to ask him but he was talking to (s) about me and popped the question if he liked me.

I want to tell him i like him but i dont think i ever can now.........

He's an ***. Im 20 and I have a 4 year old son. I want to leave but I feel guilty. Plus he gives everything i need like a new truck and an apt...stuff like that. But everyday he argues with me about the stupidest things and I'm tired of it. Plus, I can't talk back cuz then he tries to beat me up or something. I can't go out either, he gives me guilt trips. I feel stuck and I want to have fun once in a while.
