So I always seem to find the cooles guys but they always turn out to be friends. They don't see our relationship as anything but more than that. Maybe I'm too nice??

Don't reveal too much about yourself all at once. As in, don't talk about yourself a lot. Guys tend to be interested more when there's a little mystery.
Dress up randomly, for yourself. Do little things to make yourself look better, such as adding an accessory here or there, but don't overdo it.
Be interested in him; ask how he is. But don't smother him by going out of your way to see him overly often.
Find out what he likes and learn about it. Things like music, sports, games. Make common conversational interests.
Limitless possibilities await you.

You really can't.All you can do is get more into things that interest you,and make a list of things that you are good at,such as;good with animals,or,drawing,orsports,etc.When you are wrapped up in a hobby or passtime that YOU really love guys will begin to notice and it's attractive when someone is so interested in some sort of hobby that does not necessarily involve them.They see the light in your eyes while you are doing the things you love,and it is always attractive to others.So-find your OWN passion and let it work for you.

A couple thoughts:
a) Flirt
b) Flirt some more
c) If he still doesn't get it, tell him how you feel. Write him a letter if necessary, but tell him how you feel. It is better to take a chance on someone you are crazy about, than to not do anything and regret your lack of action for the rest of your life. Believe me.

Drop some hints..... like 4 example if you havent seen him in a couple of days be like "so... did ya miss me" Or something that friends wouldnt say! That always works! He'll get the idea after a while! So dont give up hope!

It isn't that you are too nice, it is that someone else is higher on the "ladder" than you. Men and women can't be friends, it is impossible. Either the find you unattractive, or they are gay, or it is a ladder thing.

You can indicate to them that you like them and see how they react but you can never make someone like you. Even if you succeed in doing so, they won't like you for real. If they do it on their own, you can be sure that its for real.
