sincerity, honesty, a good sense of humor, willingness to show emotion, consideration for others, playfulness, someone who's not hung up on spending all their time in the gym, someone who likes to laugh and have fun, and enjoys getting as well as giving lots of hugs and kisses! clothes, stature, size, are not the things that matter, it's what's on the inside that matters the most!!!

The true answer to this question lies entirely in what the girl is looking for. If she is looking for sex, then good physical features come first, followed by a confident personality and so on. If the girl is looking at you for a potential boyfriend/soulmate/long term relationship or whatever, she will be looking for a wide range of qualities such as a good personality, stability, honesty, and compatability just as much if not more than anything physical.

clothing really isn't important at all. Yes size does matter and all the girls saying it doesn't; their lying.
Most importantly, I look for a good personality and the knowledge that if I was with that guy, he would treat me good.

First thing I notice is there smile (mouth, teeth, the way it moves when they talk). Then I notice how they dress (I prefer preppy, but not over done, head to toe in A&F is a definate no). Next, I notice their hairstyle (if it's up to date).
Size doesn't really matter to me, but I would definately want the guy to be bigger than me (height-wise and weight-wise).

maturity, sense of humor, ambition... then again it depends on how old you are. If your in High School, more than likely its what kind of car you drive, whats the family income, do you wear abercrombie and fitch, and who will treat them the worst. As you get older, those things tend to matter less and less unless they're gold diggers.

What really counts is whether of not a guy is fun to be around. Girls want to have fun. But it helps too if the guys not a midget.

For me nothing of that matters. Just honesty, trust, and faithfulness which have to be built up with me over time. Try those 3 things you might get pretty far.

im not quite sure. it would have to be the ability to easily smile. and on top of that, the ability to joke around about anything, but be serious when necessary. i also have to admit that im shallow, and i go first for hair and eyes. then the personality keeps me hooked. i mean, if you're a pretty face with no substance, no thank you.
