He has been giving me an allotment but sense then has gotten someone pregnant 3 times (they didnt have the baby) my question is if he didnt want my baby to begin what are my chances or winning the case , and how does joint custody work? I have completley fallen for him - I shouldn't have in the first place but I have. I'm also concerned, because he told me him and his gf are on the verge of breaking up, but I think he may ask me to our semi-formal, (his gf dosen't go to our school) and I feel bad that he has a gf, (though he probably won't by Dec. 21st) but I want to say yes. As well, if I say yes now, will he think I'm less of a girl because I said yes when I knew he had a girlfriend?

I know I sound like a teenage prissy girl, but I'm really not. I've never liked a guy so much in my life and I don't want to mess this up!

I sit across from this girl, I started looking at her and soon noticed she was glancing and looking at me and when I looked at her she suddenly looked away. So I finally bulit up the courage to talk to her. We had to pick our books for our book club. So I went and said " What book are you going to read." She said " hmm... don't know and walked away." I am faithful to my husband but I am so in love with his brother and sometimes I wished I had married him. he asked me to marry him and I said no even though I wanted to. this was a long time ago, but I am still totally in love with him. Ok we've been married for 2 1/2 years, we have a total of 4 kids (his 2 my 1 and our 1). We never get along. I feel like he is controlling and just plain mean. Self centered and I feel like he only cares about himself and his playstation. We have separated before and I came back b/c he "changed" but not for long. I just dont want to be here anymore. Please dont say have a heart to heart with him b/c he doesnt talk to me. He is ignoring me again tonight not saying a word. I just want this to be over. I had a very disturbing conversation with a friend last night and considering I didn't sleep I thought I'd ask others for their views. My friend told me that her daughter was molested by her husband (not the father of the girl but another man) for a few months. Apparently the man turned himself into authority and faced his punishment. He was in jail for a year and now is out. Legally he can not be around the girl (however he has two other children with my friend) but can be around his other children with supervision. My friend is still friends with this man. They do not live together but are considering working things out. I told my friend I was outraged but she said she is doing what the therapists are telling her to. The man is considered a SEX ADDICT. Does that still seem wrong to you? It makes me physically sick to know he is out of jail. That little girl will never get over that and my friend thinks she is fine. I don't buy it. What do YOU think?

What in the world do I get them for Christmas? I've never been a 19 yr old girl so I have no idea what they like. They do the typical 19 yr old things - college, mtv, sneak into bars, etc. But what's hip in the late teen, early 20's world? They have phones, laptops, mp3 players, digi cam's.
