He has been giving me an allotment but sense then has gotten someone pregnant 3 times (they didnt have the baby) my question is if he didnt want my baby to begin what are my chances or winning the case , and how does joint custody work? I filed so my future would be secure with my child. I waited 2 years to do this

he can try but i dont like his chances u have raised the child all your life the courts wont look at it lightly.They dont like the child to be disrupted from the life that they r used to as long as u r doing the right thing by the child he doesnt stand a chance

Just filing for child support does not give you custody of the child. you will have to get a custody order from the court if you want to assure that he cannnot take the child from you.

the only way he can take the baby from you is if u on drugs or just not taking care of the baby other than that he cant... he might tell you he is but he cant .... just go to child support nad do wat u have to do dont worry about him
