This will be my 3 children and my first Christmas without their father (my husband) with us (he left 9 mnths ago & now living with another woman and her two children). Although I always liked our traditional Christmas, (putting out food/carrat for Santa, 'key' at door, opening stocking fillers, then gifts from Santa, etc the basic run of the mill traditional Christmas) I want to change or add to somehow make our Christmas's different - more magical. I just don't want us to be doing the same routine with a gaping big emotional vaccum of memories of Christmas's past.

I think i made it pretty clear to this girl i really like her....
I am senior in high school... i see her in school and we are friends right now... she wave at me when she see me...

If she is sad.. i always try to comfort her.. trying to made her laugh.. Especially last time she wanted to cry... if she seems bored i try to talk to her and i want to protect her...
I give her gifts, say compliments to her and i ask her out to movies (not 1 on 1 yet thou...)

Does she not see i like her?
or does she see it but just ignoring me since she doesnt like me?
Right now... the only thing i can think of left to do is say that "i love you" or else just let the friendship continue....
I want her... each day is getting more and more painful. Now when ever i think of her, my whole body feels sore and suffocating

My boyfriend and I have only been going out for six months and have had a very intense and close relationship since first meeting each other. In the beginning he always told me couples only went out w/o each other to go looking for other people to mess around with. Now all of a sudden he's constantly interested in going out with his friends, I'm always invited, although he never actually says that to me but expects me to get up and dressed when he does. When I say that I dont want to go out he doesnt give it a second thought, gets dressed, and leaves. When I ask why he goes out w/o mean and mentions what he said earlier in the relationship, he says that he only wants to go out with "his boys." Whats going on? Is he cheating? Or is he just bored with me? I feel like maybe its time to cut my loses and run...

i met a girl recently and this relationship began as a secret admirer type thing- i sent her a poem i wrote for her, after reading her work on my space. we then met in person and exchanged poetry. she said she was falling for me through my writing but when she is around me, she also wrote poems about my eyes and her desire for me. in person, she flirts sometimes or does things which can be seen as flirting. she has to hold back bc she is just starting a relationship with someone else, which was not concrete when we met. is it possible for her to be falling for me based on writing and if she was also attracted to me but trying to stay loyal, might she avoid me and say that we should just e-mail?? i think that she can't be around me bc she already feels attracted to me and doesn't want it to grow.
she said that she can't see me anymore which hurt so i;m trying to understand her. please no "move on" responses bc it isn't that easy

My boyfriend is a cable man who spends his days driving, working with customers, using his hands, on his feet and climbing poles. He works so hard and very, very special to me and I want him to feel moreso! What would be great present, but not anything like a video game/movie type thing (I've already covered that ^_^). I'm having a hard time trying to come up with something that's not like a massage device but I'm keeping that in mind.

Oh, he's also into military-ish things and was a boy scout and an overall cute country boy! :D

After 8 months, I saw my ex boyfriend at the university campus that we both attend. He seemed REALLY happy to see me, he was smiling and looking deeply into my eyes, he kept asking me all these questions. I kinda seemed annoyed. At the end of the conversation, he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something", & I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. He was the one who dumped me 8 months ago. He hasn't tried to contact me since then and no, even though the ball is in my court I would never ask him, he dumped me!
Since he hasn’t asked me for this movie does this mean that all his happiness & “let’s see a movie” was fake?
I feel sad cuz I didn't want him to say that just cuz he feels guilty or pitied me:(
It's hard for me to let go cuz he was my first boyfriend and first kiss and I'm 20.
We never had sex cuz I'm saving it for marriage. What are the pros and cons if I ask him to hang out?

i have a good friend who i have known for almost my whole life. when i was 12 he gave me my first kiss. since then we have just been great friends but have always loved each other, but maintained our obligations to our religion.

about a month or two ago he approached me with the idea of getting married. he didnt propose... he just asked me if how i felt about this idea. i told him i definitely wasnt opposed but since i am only 18 and he is only 20 we should think about it a little bit more first.

two weeks from that i found out he slept with a someone on one of his business trips. he recently smoked weed. and also, he says that he has come close to having sexual relations with another man.

he claims that he was in a state of depression (both of his parents passed away recently) and that is the only reason these things happened. he is very sorry and wants to make a life together and do right by me.

does anyone think there is anything left to salvage here?

Hey, i'm thinking of giving a surprise gift idea to my friend to tell her how much i like her. This is what i've decided to do: I'm going to roll up one of her favourite piano sheet musics, with a letter and a ribbon around that, put a rose into the tube and put that into the arms of a teddy bear, then sit it on top of a movie i borrowed off her so she knows that it's from me as soon as she opens the box which is going to be wrapped around with a ribbon.
