My boyfriend is a cable man who spends his days driving, working with customers, using his hands, on his feet and climbing poles. He works so hard and very, very special to me and I want him to feel moreso! What would be great present, but not anything like a video game/movie type thing (I've already covered that ^_^). I'm having a hard time trying to come up with something that's not like a massage device but I'm keeping that in mind.
Oh, he's also into military-ish things and was a boy scout and an overall cute country boy! :D

You should give him a small gift like a card telling him how you feel about him and yuir your relationship. This gift will mean more to him than any other gift that you could possibly get him. Good Luck

You dressed in a camoflauged teddy holding 2 big *** chocolate rabiits and a camoflageed paintgun that shoots chocolate rounds while green and white rabbits bounce around singing jingle bells and the midgets toss faux napalm bombs at you and there is a mistletoe above my belt buckle as white chocolate rains down on you all with pearl necklaces for all as I just stand on top of the tree wishing everyone a Happy Kwanza or something! Ho Ho Ho!

definately a gift from a sexy mrs claus. i used to work a lot with my hands so one of my b-days my g/f dressed up in a sexy maid uniform and waited on me hand and foot. she even gave me a oil massage which did wonders for my hands, legs, and feet. plus the sex at the end capped off the night perfectly. guys liked to be pampered every now and then. maybe something different like this would be a good idea.
