Way to go dude!!! When I was your age I was dating 40+ and driving their cars around in my girlfriends and stuff, but I guess you are still in the learning stage a late bloomers or something.

So what if you wind up dating her...just hope she quits before you breakup.

Getting involved with someone you work with is never a good idea.It complicates things and when the relationship ends your level of job stress will be high.
Best to not date co-workers.
