It really depends, person to person. Women generally have much better self-control though, but often make equally poor choices.

Equally. Both males and females are sex-driven. It's just that we females are more discreet about it in GENERAL than males. I personally don't have any qualms talking about my turn-ons (plethoras of them), my sexuality, and whatever else society usually doesn't like women to divulge. If I'm horny, I'm HORNY. Period. It really depends on the person. I have seen women who couldn't keep there clothes on for the life of them. These particular women would also sleep with anything, male or female, that looked at them right.
On the other side, I have known men who are so desparate for sex that they seek out any female available, and pretty much psycologicaly force them into it.
I have also seen the opposite. Men and women who go without sex and never even seem to think about it. They don't notice members of the opposite sex in any way than another person walking down the stree unless it is pointed out to them.
I think in general, however, men tend to be more open about sexuallity. We are raised to think that seeing the hot girl, and pointing it out to your friends first makes you a much cooler person.
Women seem to be raised to hide there sexual feelings in order to keep men interested.

Males but depending on the worth of the drive. Girls might enjoy the same drive over and over but once guys have variety, guys can put in on over-drive.

Funny cause most men I know are slutty and sleeps with women easily without wanting anything else and wanting to know them better, and I only have a few gf's who are that way. So from my experience alone, I'm gonna have to answer: men.
