it will be ten years this dec 14.in fl.is it required to sell house and split proceeds 50/50?when buying the house put the 20% down on the house myself.Ive heard that w/ten years a wife could stay in the house with child 6 until the child was 18 anybody now if thats true? This is my sons home he was born here and I just windered can we stay or do we have to sell,im not in the position to buy him out of his half of the house what do i do?

Or does it ruin the rest of your relationships and causes you to not trust the opposite sex? How do you get over it and more importantly how can you help someone you are involved with recover from that, especially when you start noticing that it is making your relationship with them miserable. He is so jealous and insecure, if I talk or joke around with his brothers he flips. It is very unbearable and has gotten worse, as I have grown closer to his family.
Is there any hope? or is that baggage that will never go away?

my bff is alyse.. and the s.s. (skool slut) is sami... there weraing the same stuff.. hanging out.. and there putting messages on the cafeteria message like ALYSE+SAMI=BFFZ!! and i confronted alyse but she is denying it.. im afraid sami might change my frind ive had since 3.. i need advice... please?? we both agreed that we hated sami.. but alyse is liing... im soo mad.. my better friends and i are all worried.. Ive had an affair with my GF of 11 years. The sex, is absolutely great .. she is wonderful .. My wife on the other hand, although comiong around in hte sex department, is inhibited. should I continue with this on going sex once twice or three times a week with the office nympho or not??

My husband and I have had custody of his son for almost 4 years now. About a year after he came to live with us his bio-mother stopped contacting him. It has been 3 years since he has heard from her. We know that she has had drug probelms in the past and this is most likely the reason she has not been in contact. She has also lost custody of one of her daughter to the child's father only because she did not even show up for the custody hearing. We know that she has the rights to visit and call as stated in the custody papers. How should we handle the situation if she decides to come back into my step-son's life?

As I have posted before, my boyfriend's best friend has recently passed and he never told me. I found out through someone else. I would have thought he would have at least called to tell me. I have called and texted him telling him I care about him and hope he is okay. I haven't heard from him in a few days and I got angry and texted him saying "Call me if you care. I'm worried" I felt horrible for doing that right afterwards. I followed up with a text saying. "Sorry for being selfish, I care about you and am worried that's all. Call me when you are ready. I'm sorry and hope youre ok xoxo". I really care about him and he knows this. I'm just so sad he hasn't called to tell me. We got along well the last time we talked and he said he missed me and would see me soon. I'm not going to text or call anymore. Do you think I caused to much damage? Is it time to move on anyway?

he has spent the last 4 years going through the courts etc etc and yet still she is being a complete ***** about when he sees the kids, he has done everything he can legally and also emotionally by trying to talk to his ex wife, and yet she seems to enjoy making him suffer, he is supposed to have them every other weekend but he hasnt had them for nearly 2 months because everytime its his weekend there is always an excuse for him not to have them. she takes the mobile of the eldest child so he cant ring even though he brought the phone for his eldest and now he seems to have given up fighting for them because its just soul destroying. the eldest is nearly 14 and the youngest is 7. he now feels that maybe he should let go until they are adults and then they come looking for him what does anyone else think?

A girl in one of my classes in school keeps looking over at me, making eye contact and smiling a lot. I think she may be trying to get my attention. I do sort of like her too.

I met this guy about 3 weeks ago. About a week and a half ago my father passed away. He has been very supportive and has been very kind to me. He even cried with me about my father's death. However, sometimes when he's with me his phone rings a lot and even in the middle of the night. I haven't had sex with him. He seems to really care about me. I am getting a divorce and have a question about my retirement accounts. I am having to split my retirement in half. I thought that is the only amount of money that gets split. Who gets the interest that is gained from the money after the split of the account. Me or her. I am confused about this. Lawyers just want to seem to get everything signed and not explain things in plain English. They have so much jibberish in the language it is amazing anyone no whats they are getting. Also I no longer work with the company I have my retirement account. Can i change it over to an Ira after the divorce so I can build my account back up. Otherwise it seems like all my retirement plans are down the drain with this also. This does not seem fair to me.

3) Which one costs less?

Also, since a princess-cut diamond has 4 sharp corners, would it be easily broken if you accidentally banged your hand against a hard surface?
