If you are 30 and she is 5, then you've got some serious hard time ahead of you.

But, if she's 20 and your 45, then "you the man!"

I my opinion it is a big difference, too much for me anyways. When you're 25 your partner will be 50. At 25 you still want to go to clubs and begin to think about starting a family. At 50 those days a coming to a close. When you're 50 your partner will be 75. You will still be healthy and active while your partner's health will start to decline. Are you ready to nurse him? I don't say this to be cruel I just want to give you something to think about. When I was a child my father left my mother for a woman 25 years younger. She left my father a few years later because she was not satisfied with an older man anymore. It was devastating to all involved. Good luck.

Yes it is! U must think about your age boundary or else u will find it very strange having a 25 year gap partner. Dont ask anyone out if they are older than you for example if u are 18 and someone is like about 27 dont do it!

As the voice of experience, my 1yr old daughter's father is 53 (25 yrs older than myself) and there has been nothing but problems. He didn't see her for the first 9 months of her life and then had the nerve to take me to court for full custody. I seriously believe that 25 yrs. is too much.

I personally think it's too much.

Altho you may truly love each other think down the road 10 years... say you are 50 and she is 25 in 10 years you will be 60 and she will be 35.

A woman reaches her sexual peak in her mid 30's.

Is that someting you want to worry about in your golden years?

There is 30 years between my parents. I would not change a thing! With my father being older he taught me to have patience
I am grateful for that. My mom be younger taught me not to be pregnant every other year! HAHAHA!
Personally i would not date anyone too much older than me for the reason that my father pasted away before I got married! I would want my husband to be around for that for our kids!

PS. I am 2 months older than my husband! I guess it scarred me! together 13/ married 7

I think it is nice that your families are supporting you!

You don't choose who to fall in love with so enjoy yourself with each other while you can! Life is very short!!

I was in a similar situation but it hasn't really worked out due to lots of reasons.

I think society as a whole doesn't frown on a man dating a younger woman but is very disapproving the other way around!

If you love each other and are really happy together then age is only a number and doesn't matter! So no if the above is true!!
