i never really showed i liked him that much he did show he liked me like waaaay bad like carryin my purse bad haha but now hes dating this chick (ive been in holland and thailand for 6 months) they just started dating though and the worst part shes FAT. ugh that bugs me.

Okay I have tons of problems at home. We're always yelling at each other and nobody knows how to solve their problems in a decent way, including me.
I'm scared that when I get married and have kids, it will be my story repeated all over again- a nutjob house. I don't want that to happen but my mother is always telling me that the way you were raised is the way you were going to treat your kids.
I don't want this to happen! I don't want to fight with my future husband and children, but I also don't want to be stepped on! What should I do?

I am away studing abroad for college till around Christmas. When I went home for thanksgiving my entire familys dynamics have changed. One reason for this is that my brother and I both live hours away from my parents, while my sister is still local. She just broke up with her boyfriend so everyone is very accomodating.
However, she has gotten out of control.

On the ride home from the airport, my sister was yelling and scolding my our mother because of how she drives. My sister yells at my dad because of he doesnt want to give her money. She yells at me and my brother because we are loud during her television show.

I feel that she has taken this too far. She has become a tyrant in my parents house. I feel less respect towards my parents because they let her act this way. I have lost respect for my sister because she is rude, snobby and selfish. Is there anyway to save Christmas?

i dont know what to do!!!me and him were soppose to go on a date but we both got busy! i just have his email and he has just my email too!

I've been dating this guy for about a month now. He is older and more experienced than me. I know he's had at least 2 serious relationships. Should I ask about how many girls he's been with? I don't think I necessarily want a number, but my main concern is my health, and I can't some out and ask him if he has any STD's. This is because they do not want any in return (they "don't need anything"). They are going to get our children gifts, however. I am a little upset about this. I was never consulted about this. It was just "decided". My kids will, of course, be expected to give their grandparents gifts.
I must admit I am a little mifted. I like giving presents and I like getting presents. Am I wrong to feel this way?

i am very much in love with my boyfriend, this is the man i want to marry. when we first started dating he had everything together in his life: a good job, his own place, a car, money in savings etc. now after almost two years of being with him, he seems to have lost his confidence. he has a lot of experience, and excellent resume and he is very intelligent. he seems to be trying to get a job and says he is looking for one when were apart but sometimes i really think he is just sitting at home playing video games! i love him so much but times are getting tough because of his hesitance, how do i help him to find a job without pushing too hard?

my bf and i have been together for 2 years now. he has a co-worker who is cheating on his gf. so he technically has 2 girlfriends.

my bf and him want to move in together (which im hoping my bf doesnt move otu with him)

I have been dating this guy for the last 9 months and most of the time I am really happy. But it is the little things he does that gets me upset. I am an obsessed Strawberry shortcake fan. I saw these stickers in a store and loved them. Today he brought me some to my house and I though he was being sweet. Then he waits about three hours then tells me he wants the money back for the stickers! He said he just picked them up for me and now he wants his nine dollars back. I thought it was a gift but I guess I was wrong. I got upset and cryed because it hurt my feelings so bad. Should I have been hurt? He never buys me anything but I have allowed him to borrow money (he hasn't paid me back yet) so I am so confused. Why couldn't he just be nice? Am I expecting too much?

They were really opposed to me getting into asian culture. They said I should stay black and die, but I want to space out and learn other things. They always influence my life as to how I did everything, now I want to be myself and want others to like me for me, not cause some group accepted me. I knew all 20 of them all my life, now I have exactly no friends at all. They said I could come back when I become "black" again. They were really limiting me.

Did I act to fast and hard? Should I have done it differently?

They really insulted me cause I do have asian ancestry but they said "Black is Black" and that is all I should worry about.

I don't feel like that anymore.
