There's this guy i really like. He had his friend ask me out for him and i said no thinking it was a joke. AT that time i did't like him. Now i do. Everytime i see him in the hallway though, he's like avoiding me and he hasn't said a word to me in forever. I really like him and i only catch him staring at me once in a while. Please help! I dont have a clue what to do and i am too shy to ask him if he still likes me, after all whe haven't said a word to each other in like 4 months. Last year he was really annoying too but in a playful way.
I miss 4 months ago. His friends talk to me but he does't. What do i do?

I am 29, I could get my own place but I choose to stay with my family basically because my twenty year old brother is literally crazy and I want to be near him to try to talk him down. You can't force someone to get help but I feel I am the only one in my family that can get him to listen to some reason. However I am worried this might hurt my chances in dating someone, so my question is will this situation be a detriment to my chances with someone. I want to leave but I feel I need to stay around until he feels better.

I speak with the one i love right now.I'll be so depressed without him and i know i should be making myself happy 'cause can't nobody else do that but he does.As long as we don't argue i feel so happy inside and i love it.I don't want to need someone to help keep me strong and motivated to do good in my life but he does that for me.But if he's not there i feel it's so hard to go on...What can i do about this?I don't want to depend on someone for anything 'cause then you end up disappointed.

I have a friend James. I don't eat a lot and James hates that. One day in one of his classes he stood up and told the teacher...I have a friend that doesn't like to eat what should I do..the teacher told him that they had to get over it on their own. So my friend Missy was in the class and she told me this. Then a couple days later my other friend Dinese told me he was calling my anorexic and bulimic. I'm soooo mad at him and I had one of my friends call and tell him I hate him. He said he'd rather not be friends with an anorexic girl. He's really hurting my feelings, and I don't want to talk to him anymore, but I don't know if I can avoid it. I know he's going to pretend he didn't say it, so what should I do? I'm so mad at him, and I just don't know what to do. Please help!

My younger brother is treated like a prince in our household and I can't stand it. Call me immature, but it bothers me so much. My older sister (by the way, I'm the middle child) and I were always good students and generally good kids. Somehow the genes didn't pass on to my brother. He constantly stays up late and makes everyone help him with his homework without even trying it himself. That is, if he does the homework at all. Um, I have my own homework to worry about without having to do his. Basically, he gets away with ANYTHING and my parents just let him do it. Whether or not I should care, I do. 15 years ago I married my lover, all I have left now is the mother of my children. It used to be fun and exiting to be with her but now it hurts to breathe the same air. I've heard people gain weight once there married and comfy...ive put on proably a good 20 pounds big deal nothing a quick diet wouldnt fix...Well my husbands grandmother makes it sound horrible...she keeps calling me big and when me and my husband were playing around shes like be careful she can take you out...and shes just really rude about it. I know for her i wasnt proably her pick for him because he used to date this girl amanda and everytime she comes over she talks about amanda hasnt gained any weight and shes still single...its really bothers me and my husband tells me to ignore that shes old....but dang sometimes its hard to bare.....should i be offended or not? and what do i say??!??! shes not a skinny woman either but granted shes 60 years older then me....im going to just lose the weight before the holidays but dang...shes mean...

I am curious to find out how much women detest getting asked out when they are working. I am thinking more along the lines of being a bartender or waitress. I mean they are always going to be nice to you, but I wonder when they are being nice in a "why dont you ask for my number" way. On a scale of 1 to 10.

1 = the guy couldn't care less and orders you each night to fetch him a beer

10 = he would get on all fours and carry you on his back so you wouldn't dirty the new shoes he bought you.

Personally I am about an 11 or 12 but unable to find the right woman. I now wonder if women prefer their men to be a little less pu$$y whipped than I love to be.

Okay so last year around june i started dating this one guy. it was cool and all but then things started to get a little funky... "where are you where u been with who .." if i was hanging out with guys it would bother him. frequent arguments over stupid stuff and he was a very jeolous person. i went out with him for 8-9 months. OFF and ON ....he cheated and lied to me many times. back then i thought I was in love. the last month I went out with him I didnt even break it off. I started dating another guy. Im still with this perosn and he is complelty different 7 mths with this guy now and i love him very much . never has he been mad at me ...no huge arguments... very respectful and he's just great .... im happy with him....the other guy keeps calling .. he says he's gonna change and is determined to have another chance with me?
to top it off .... last wkend I messed with another guy that I just met...n a while back I was havin a little "friends with benefits" kinda thing with sum1 else

I met a man briefly- and we have been emailing back and forth- and he keeps asking me for a picture- in a way that makes me think he is giving me the Ugly Test-yes I asked you folks about this but didn't take your advice to send a photo- no, instead I sent him this email: "Josh-is this an ugly test?, cause if it is it could take me awhile to find that photo of me. But if it is really important to you I can tell you the men at the hospital I work at rate me between a 7 and a 9, depending on how much morphine they are on and how single they are.
