There is this girl in my math class who i just met and i asked her if she wanted to go study with me in 2 more days at the library, and she asked me when i was going there, then she said she will try to make it. Do you think she will show up when im there?

Personally I don't see myself as a pretty girl and I find it hard to believe when I'm told that I'm pretty by my male and female friends. Guys whistle at me when I walk past, once I even had a stranger come up to me and tell me I was beautiful. So, the problem is why have I never been asked out? I know that it's not all about looks and I do think I have a good personality. I admit that I'm a bit shy around guys because I'm just not that confident about myself. Am I sending out bad vibes that keep guys away from me or something. Or could it be that they mistake my shyness for coldness?

A trip to find one's self and live off of her own resources. Documented in stories of the people she meets, lessons learned and illustrated by photography. (Note that this is to be a long term project/adventure. Anywhere from 6 months to 2 years...however long it takes.)

I know a guy for 6 months or so we have a talk 3 months ago & he decided he just wanted friendship.I agreed to it just for the sake of seeing him.I told him i was going to go and look for another guy.Its like he wants me but doesnt want anyone else to have me.Anyhow after that he was callling texting & we were meeting up a lot but stll nothing physical.No he is not married or has no kids or girlfriend.We are so close now after the last 3 months but i have confronted him again he doesnt want a girlfriend,hes far from gay.But he says im the best person in this world & he loves me to bit -but hasnt the feeling of being in love ,doesnt know if its to soon or dosent know where the two of us would go in the future.He said he afraid of losingour friendship.Is he confused -should i back off and give him space as deep dont i dont think he is being true to himself -he has been hurt in the past.

Okay. I like this guy a lot. But he is not serious about anything. Some people say he likes me, some people say he doesn't. He sometimes acts like he does, and sometimes its exact opposite. He acts really sarcastic around me, and acts like im non-exsistent when his friends are around. I can't ask him out because he wants to "get to know me better" but is not putting any effort into it. and he'd ratehr watch south park then write a note to me. i DONT want to move on so help me with other than telling me to move on. what do i say? how do i act? what do i do?

my husband went to anger management before i met him and he was such a nice guy then. we have now been married for almost a year and the last six months i have seen why he had to go in the first place. i can't stand him like this and so i called his supervisior ad am having him make my husband go back to anger managment classes. do you think it will work this time for good or is he always going to have to go? he is such a different person now.

i read this thing about nail biting on the net.. here's what i saw:

i do all those things. do you think i should tell my mom? she's not the one who's very nice and understands her kids. she doesnt take time to listen for what i have to say. who should i talk to about it?

ps. i dont want to go to the doctor cause they might call her and i dont wanna talk to her about it.

She is pregnant...I have been pregnant twice, it is not cancer.
She is costantly complaining about her pains, she is so sick, however she can wolf down Taco Bell, Gold Star Chili & McDonalds with no problem AND get seconds and thirds at the dinner table.
She has missed tons of work, not because of Dr. appts, not because of complications, because she is lazy and wants to watch FRIENDS DVD's all freaking day.
She has used this pregnancy as a crutch to get out of her share of housework as well.
They are financially strapped and she is the bread winner, the one with the insurance, the main source of family finacial security.
All she talks about is the pregnancy, nothing else ever.
My brother is depressed, he spends alot of time with friends playing poker on the internet, etc, looking for an escape.
I love my SIL and want to tell her to be a wife & a person NOT just a pregnancy before she loses her marriage. When the baby is born it will get worse I can see that.
No intimacy there
