I am Confused. Why do some phycologist make 330$per h. but some make 30,000$ a year?

Are you talking about a psychologist? For those who make the big money, it's usually because they are in private practice, and so they set their billing rates. For those who make much less, they might be working for a non-profit, public education, or public mental health programs, which usually do not have the money to pay big salaries.

Not all of them are clinical psychologists- some might work at schools or be involved with research and other aspects that do not pay the same as the ones who have offices and patients.

well some have used better metods, and helped the people and some havent done much good to their patients and also there is a phsihaiatrist who can work woth all the illneses and give pills, and physologist who can work with people only to the limit when they are gonna need pill. physologist can cure the person only till some medication need to b used. they are unofferised to give pills.

In the private sector you can charge whatever you want. If you work for the city, state, or government your on a salary or hourly wage...
