I know i kinda already asked bout this but what if you do like him but your still not for sure he likes you,but you think he does and i think that he should make the first move.

Smile at him. Learn to read body language. Ask him to hang out sometime. Get to know him. If you still like him then try to drop a few hints. He may be as unsure about your feelings as you are of his.
