Of course its ok to be a male and want a real relationship. I think most men do, but just do not want to feel rejected so they settle for what they can get.
First I want to state, I do like girls and appreciate the feed back from so many people, thank you!! Now, I ask about the answer above, if a girl knows that a guy has other friends and theey do stuff, then why would she too put herself in that situation, then get mad when he shoose the other girl ocver her? She knew so from the beginning!!

... Our good friend & neighbor passed away last night. He was a wonderful man, great grandpop, husband ... Our son played with his foster kids & they have all become an extension of our own family life.

I thought that since they have so many friends and family it would be nice to organize some of the dinners that will inevitably be delivered over the next few weeks. so I mentioned to a few people that I would be making up a schedule for that. each neighbor can pick a night to deliver a meal they make for her and the foster boys (10 & 14 & they eat like mad!).

Has anyone here every done this before? should I make any suggestions to people about portions or meals or should I just walk around to some houses with a blank printed out calendar sheet and put their names on it for whatever date they say? then make copies for everyone and pass them out so they remember?

is this overkill or a great idea? I figure I need to do it today... since he passed last night and people are gonna

Me and my ex broke up about 7 mouths ago. I have been trying to go back out with her and a few times we almost did. but the last time she said that it could not work b/c are schools are to fare apart. but next year I am going to be a lot closer to her. but right now we are not talking it has been a few mouths and the last time we talked it was not to good she blocked me on AIM and what not and she told me to leave her be and i have i have not called or anything. Then i was talking to her old roommate and she told me that my ex liked some other guy and stuff. im not sure what i should do i want her to see that i have changed but its almost like she does not want to see that. i think when we both go home for xim I want to send her fam a gift from me and send her one too and see if she wants to hang out and what not. if anyone has any advise i would love to hear it i want her back soo bad i need some help

There's this girl that i knew in highschool since junior year. in junior year, she had a boyfriend, then in senior yeah they broke up and she started to talk to me, which i thought was weird, because by that time i hardly knew her. so we talked and got close to the point that we could share hugs, but i never took the iniative because i was scared that she was too good for me. I mean, i'm an uniteresting guy, with boring interests, i can't dance, never had a girlfriend, and am below average looking. anyway we graduated 2005, and startinf this month, i started to cross paths with her, and it seems like she's still trying to get to know me, however, i still let my fears keep me from truely opening up towards her. what would you do in my shoes? My wife has put on 50-60 pounds since giving birth to our son. I love her but have no interest in her sexually anymore, none. The thought of touching her in that way makes me sick. What should I do? How do i get her to lose the wieght? Am I a bad person? Do you think its fair that she has altered his physique so drastically that she does'nt even look like the beutiful woman I married. The major problem is that when him and i are together, we just joke around most of the time because we are so close, its just hard to tell whether he is being serious or not

I am a single mom raising two teenagers. And I don't want to judge anyone wrongly.
I found out more about him. He had a very bad up bringing. His dad molested his sister, beat him and his mom. He was in juvenile hall, and did drugs. He says he is clean now (but looks "Stoned" when I see him) He started school agian as a freshman a week ago and in my daughters class. He has no car or job, hangs around down town.
My daughter is growing into a beautiful, intelligent young woman, has a part time job dog sitting and learning how to drive. I trust her almost completely. She has been through therapy, speech ect... most of her young life. She has ADHD which she also has control over without medications. She says he is just a friend and I believe her. I just worry what HIS intentions are. I want to trust her but she is so kind and trusting. I don't want to make any wrong choices. (It's the first guy that has shown "interest" in her) What should I do? He's wanting to come over alot.
