Could use a little more info here in order to give a good answer, but here goes...
1. Let the boss know that you'd like more to do.
2. She may have more experience.
3. Examine your past performance with this company. Have you given them any reason to feel that maybe you're not as capable?
4. Try to express a positive attitude no matter what. It says a lot about how mature you are and your maturity may determine the level of difficulty and the amount of work they give you.
5. Instead of feeling like you are competing with her, see what you can learn from her.

Have you asked your supervisor for more work? Let them know you're ready for more work and responsibility. That always looks good.
