This is a diet regimen that i wanna start......
i am 23yrs old female, height- 158cms.. i want to lose 50pounds exactly.... anyway this is wat im thinkin to do
1hr cardio in the morning, 30mins resistant trainin, and then another hr cardio at arounf 7 or 8pm...
as for food...
a protein shake in the morning
high protein/veggies lunch
snacks (an apple and half cup grapefruit)
dinner (veggies and fruits) and tuna
snacks (an apple)
im thinkin maybe not eating after 7pm..... and ofcourse drinking 2litres of water a day~~
I wanna know if i can lose 50pounds doing this~~ and is it possible to lose that much in 4months, u know doing such a diet~~? and if not 50 how much do u think ill lose in 4months doing this diet!! and im willin to stay on it 4ever!! well maybe a little bit more, but i wanna make it a lifestyle!! Thanks guys!!

I am 13, and my dad just cheated on my mom. He left my mom for this slut then ditched me and my brothers and sisters. My mom now has to take care of all of my 2 sisters and 3 brothers plus me. You would think he would pay child support for my mom! But no! He went to prison 3 weeks ago for doing/selling illegal drugs. I cried for days and days. I still cry at awkward moments and I can't help it. My family is a total reck. My mom doesn't do anything but go to work, come home, then sleep. We all have to take care of ourselves and she has lost her.....spunk, I guess. My brothers are now all smoking since my dad LEFT 4 months ago. Then, when we found out he was going to prison, my twin sister and me quit all the sports and activities we are in because we don't have good enough grades to focus on class and sports. We are really falling apart. The only normal person in our house would be my 1 1/2 year old sister!!! My life is terrible and I have a fealing it's gona get only WORSE!!!!!!!!

I was getting involved with my friends old girlfriend (who he cheated on, and currently has a girlfriend). He got pissed at me, and I thought her and I should still try things. We did, but I came to realize that this girl and her old boyfriend (my friend) still talked, and that she has feelings for him, and that he constantly tells her how messed up it is that I dated her. Well, we just broke up because I told her to decide if she wants to talk to be with him, or me. She said she was confused, so I said I don't wanna be with someone who's confused. WHAT DO I DO???

ive always known that my family was never normal but when i figured out that it wasnt okay to be hit by your stepdad or to watch your brother get beat i had to ask someone what the hell is going on???it started when i was at a party and it got broken up the next day at school we were all competing over who got the most boring lecure from there parents and than i realized that most of my friends didnt get slapped or anything like that but there under house arrest instead i didnt share with them what was going on of course i was way to confused i no what most of you are going to say already go to the police or tell a adult but easy for you to say because if i get caught doing this it makes it ten times worse than before and i no that he will do anyting to get away from jail so im not taking chances plus im scared shitless and i would run away but id rather be more than part of a statistic any idea?

I moved out of our apartment a couple of days ago into a place by myself and I changed jobs because we worked together. It's nice to have my own place because I have always wanted to but always ended up living with other people. Maybe it's because I haven't quite got it all set up yet so it doesn't really feel like home but the last couple of nights I have been really sad. I was with him for over two years and we did everything together and now that he is gone, it's like I don't know what to do with myself. We have a lot of common friends and because they were more guys, I feel like he has claim to them so I feel like I've lost a lot of people that I thought were my friends. Changing jobs was hard too because I don't know anyone there either. I know it is good for me to be independent and learn to depend on myself but starting over like this when so much has changed is something I have never had to go through. And it sucks. Any advice on how not to get down and miss him?

I think im too ugly .. yes i am fat too.. some of my friends said that i dont have that approachable look.. have an annoyed and angry face i mean thats normally i look like.i mean i cant be going around smiling to everyone. and other this is that .. i definately prefer asian male of my race but seem they dont even look at me... arghh.. but sometimes when im overseas i get approached but caucasian or black men ( i practically ignore them) ..not that i dont like it( yes do feel flattered at times) or being racist but sometimes its easier to be with someone of the same background den going outside yr own race to avoid this family/religion thingy.. get what i mean ??

im currently a high school senior and my school's homecoming dance is in two months. ive never really had a date for anything and i'm beginning to think that there's something wrong with me. i mean, i wouldnt call myself drop-dead gorgeous or anything, but a lot of people comment on how pretty i am. i hope i dont sound vain but im not bad-looking. i'm nice, easy-going, and friendly, so i dont understand how i can never get a date for anything. and the thing is, there are a couple of guys at school who always look at me and try to act loud and cool when i'm around, but they never ask or do anything! i just feel sad that while most girls will probably have dates, ill be stuck at home on prom night. i could always consider the option of going to prom or homecoming stag...ill just hang out with my friends. but chances are, boys will most likely ask them and ill just be another extra wheel. answers would be appreciate :)
