I'm 18 and there's this guy at my work who I like. I recently found out that he's interested in me and wants to go out sometime. He's 25, though, and the age thing bothers me a teenie bit. Everyone..... my friends, family, and even my parents have been telling me that they don't think it's that big of a deal if we really like one another. Um, ok, so this guy I'm NOT interested in, who I TOLD 3 days ago "just friends" specifically, came to my work today, and brought me flowers... The girl I work with knows him, so he partly visited for her, but still. Anyway, Did he NOT get that I'm not interested? How can I make it more clear? I grew up thinking 3 years was about right. The husband 3 years older than the wife. The reason being that women are more mature than men. Plus your school memories would be in the same time frame. Too far apart and it is hard to relate.
