Guys like to flirt, it's an ego thing. If he's not asking you out he's not that interested. He just enjoys your attention. Move on.

May-be his waiting for the right time, moment and place to ask you. If he did give you hints then eventually he will ask you out, be patience.

maybe u dont hang outas much maybe get with him at the movies or somethin have some kissing and sweet holding hands then he'll know u like him and ul know he likes you thats how it developes
