well good news if youre really still a virgin you dont need a divorce. You can just get the marriage anulled (since the marriage was never consumated) then you weere never married in the first place and shouldnt need a certificate!!

First of all who issues viriginity certificates? Once you are married and no matter he was impotent or not your status as a virgin is ended, I believe. The reasons for divorce and virginity has nothing to do. If you still think you are a virgin you can talk about it to your prospective boy and convince him. No man will marry an already married lady for the sake of virginity.
