Just curious. How is your diet now?

1.) Check out the label on the protein shake. Alot are high in sugar and can actually do more harm than good.
2.) I would be concerned more about size than weight. The reason, is because muscle weighs more than fat. If you are doing all that exercising you will be gaining muscle.
3.) I would recommend Organic veggies & fruits. If you are going to have a primarily veg & fruit that's great. Be aware though that there are ALOT of chemicals & GMO'S (Genetically Modified Organisms) in our foods today.
4) Call it a change of life, not a diet. And don't do or give up anything that you are not willing to give up for at least a year. Really think about this in depth. Here's why...

I was 27 feeling like I was going on 70. In changing my life I realized that there is alot to learn about our food supply. My husband and I decided to cut meat out for 30 days. Right away I stated that I would not give up eggs. After 2 weeks I felt great. We were vegitarians for 4 years. This last year we have been eating meat, however, only Organic & at home. The first 3 months, I excersised minamully & I went from a size 9/10 to a size 5. I never stepped on a scale. I just kept getting into smaller clothes. My "treat" was a new outfit instead of dessert. One night I needed a fancy dress for work, I was in a hurry and ask the clerk for assistance. She said "I bet you need a size 5." I actually argued with her because I had never been a size 5.....to my surprise however, I was.

I know own a health food store because I became so passionate about the things I have learned about our food & the chemicals & modification.

Spinach & Broccli are high in protein
Brown rice & and bean or lental make a perfect protein
Quinoa is high in protein
Eggs & fish are a good source as well

Watch partially hydrogenated oils, sugar, high fructose corn syrup. You may want to look out for any dyes like red 40, yellow 5 etc.

A friend of mine did really well changing her eating habits to Organic & loosing weight by doing Kundilini Yoga & doing a 30 minute spinning class for her cardio.

I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have for me. Just let me know. I've learned by the lessons of hard knocks, and would be happy to pass on what I know.

GOOD LUCK!!!
