I already own a home, and half of another with my father. All through luck really. My partner and I can just afford to buy another flat if we rent out my home, which we live in, and live in the new flat. It will be tight money-wise, but it would be good in the long term to own another home. We have only been together for just over two years. Is it too early to be buying something so big together?

Am i being dense? seen this guy for 2 dates and he seemed really into me. Then he cancelled the 3rd one(i had to ask him out on that one). After 2 texts and 1 email from me he hasn't replied. its now been nearly 3 weeks. i guess he wasn't really into me but what did i do wrong? do i sound too needy and desperate? do guys blow hot and cold? I truly believe i have found the love of my life i know i'm young but this relationship is amazing there is one problem. He left for school and 3 days later he called adn told me he kissed another girl. He called as soon as he did it (1:30 AM) and also called his mom and dad. He said he needed to just know and knows it was horrible. he said "it was like sticking his finger in the electrical socket...you only do it once" he did not beg me to stay with him becuase he understands that we had great trust, and cheating isn't tolerated in our relationship. After several long talks i realized that although very out of character, the kiss was only a kiss and i can't lose almost 2 years of a relationship over it. He DID lose all the trust but i'm with him still. I love him very much and he (as he always has) still talks about mairrage. I know we're young but we just seem so right. Even both our parents agree that our relationship is surreal.Was it right to stay and will we last??

ok i like this guy who rides my bus. we are both 14. i'm a freshman in high school and he's in 8th grade because he failed last year because he was with the wrong crowd. i mean, he was like drunk every night and smokin pot and stuff. but since i met him (i moved here last month) he's been a really nice guy, and he's straightened up. he doesnt drink or smoke pot anymore, and he's concentrating on his studies. i sit with him on the bus sometimes, and we listen to his ipod, because there are some songs on there that we both like. he's kinda shy now, think like emo-boy. he's really nice, and i like him a lot. he knows where i live and stuff, which i think is awesome. but i really like him, and i want him to like me so we can go out. i dont know if he already does, so if any guys out there could tell me what they like, especially if you are kinda like him, that would be great.
