Am i being dense? seen this guy for 2 dates and he seemed really into me. Then he cancelled the 3rd one(i had to ask him out on that one). After 2 texts and 1 email from me he hasn't replied. its now been nearly 3 weeks. i guess he wasn't really into me but what did i do wrong? do i sound too needy and desperate? do guys blow hot and cold? Is it worth one more (desperate!) attempt at contacting him???

No, it is not. Guys have a sixth sense about desperate girls. They can just feel this and it is their (so I've been told) number 1 turn-off. If he wants to go out with you again, trust me he will find you and make it happen. He probably had a good time on the first two dates but for whatever reason doesn't want a relationship with you right now. Don't feel bad, though. It can't be because he doesn't like you. He never got to know you well enough not to like you. And just like guys can sense desperation from a mile away, they can also sense confidence. Be confident that all is well and take the good away from your time together without any expectations for anything more and I'll bet you he'll be the one contacting you again soon for that third date!

I know it may hurt, but just wait until you will realize it may not be worth it. Just answer as the email comes, as if they don't... you will get better when the days goes by. Believe me, I been there and it really hurts to be waiting and waiting. At least I didn't have to wait that long. The most was 4 or 5 days. Anyway, I know you can't escape from those feeling. Try contacting him again, but if he does not answer back in few days, don't even think about him anymore.

well i might be the only one but give him a call . at least you will know how you stand. he might have had an accident and not been able to call. seems as though everyone on here thinks you are desperate so one more person shouldn't bother you . CALL HIM and if it works out then tell him i said hi :-D

NO honey after 3 weeks let it go girl! He can't be worth your time and effort if you aint worth his. You can find someone who'll stay interested just give it time. Guys are mysterious so don't sweat it there is no telling what happened with him.

I THINK you have waited long enough. This man is not into you. Experience has taught me that you don't have to struggle when some one loves you. Infact it will just flow. So please relax and go out there and have some fun and meet other people. If someone finds a precious jewel they keep it, they don't let it go if it means a lot to them.

As a guy myself it sounds like he's just a d@@k, and I'd just like to apologise on behalf of all DECENT guys... mind you the odds aren't great for you, 99.9% of ALL men are d@@ks, and of the remainder, 99.9% are married! That leaves you only 1 in every million to choose from, and that's not counting homosexuals! All I can say is, if you DO find the right one, hold on VERY TIGHT!!!

Just not a match. Move on. If you think you sounded too needy, you probably did. Don't do that. Be cool.

Well the most likely thing is that he don't want u.
Just remember that the second date is just if not more important than the first so maybe you said something that contradicted his beliefs or something like that.
