theres this guy at my school and he lives by me...we were talking and i think he likes me he was winking at me all the time...i didnt kno what to do...i was thinking about if he liked me but im scared that he might say no....my friend told me he might want sex...what do i do???

Absolutely not! There are many interpretations. He may be flirting, he may think you are cute, or, most likely, he has something in his eye. Guys don't generally wink when they want sex.

He wants to have sex no matter what.

he is probably just flirting with you! Trying his luck! Its up to you what will happen. If he likes you truly then he will want to be friends with you also. Try him out, keep on talking with him but watch if he is listening to you or just goes on about the things only he cares. That way you will know if he is genuine! If he wants sex you will see that or he will tell you and then its up to you.
You can always try, there is no harm in that. He might really like you just be strong and only do what you feel like doing and not him or your friends!

I don’t know the guy myself, so I couldn’t say. When I wink at someone it’s just a friendly gesture like a smile; sex isn’t on my mind when I wink at someone.

nah that's pretty much a stupid question. You shouldn't just assume that a guy wants to have sex with you. If you assume that, chances are that's just what you want it to be. Maybe he's just being an idiot, or maybe he just likes you. Believe it or not, (gasp) but not all guys are just out looking for sex.
