When your Mom is in a very good mood, tell her you would like to sit down alone with her and talk with her about something that has been really concerning you lately. When you talk to her start out by telling her it's something that is really hard for you to talk about, and that you're not really sure how to talk to her about this issue. Then take a deep slow breath and let it out. Then begin telling her.
