Well.. aprox. 2 months ago (or so it seems) my ex girlfriend and i broke up. long story short, it was a firey, painfull, bitter experience. and i admit i'm not really over it... ...the question is... my brother talks to her occasionaly.. and it really makes me uncomfortable. is it wrong for me to request that my brother doesn't talk to her? or is it "socially" acceptable.

I have tried more than 20 years for my marriage with my husband, but it doesn’t work very well and I have been suffered very much for years, so we finally broke up in 2005. As I feel guilty for leaving my husband and now especially, I am in a very difficult situation since I fell in love with an adorable man who I love very much in Nov.2005 in Albuquerque, NM. We had beautiful times together, but it turned upside down when my husband tried to kill himself. After that I came back to my husband in LA twice in Jan & April 2006 because I worried about he will kills himself again, but not because I will try to keep this marriage. Meanwhile I also lost my love - the man I love, because I didn't keep my words as I promised to divorce my husband. So, that's why I am in a miserable situation now.... I know I can't keep the marriage with my husband anymore and I will leave him again on some day, but I also worry about him very much. Since I came back to him is already over 4 months, I think he is getting better now and it's time for me to go. I will go to San Francisco to visit my best friends there and maybe will find a job and in order to get a divorce with my husband. Maybe it's better for me to do this when I separate from him. I have to do this for my boyfriend and also for myself. But I didn't do until now because I’m in hesitating: I still worry about my husband and my son (he is 22). I'm also afraid of being alone by myself. Should I have to go? Should I stay? What’s the future will be, in front of me? Is it possible for me to having back my boyfriend? What if not, and what can I do? Is it fair that I have to stay with my husband because of he will try to kill himself again? When I can’t love my husband again, should I have to go? What can I do if my husband will kill himself again? Does my son will get hurt very much if I leave him again, since I have to? But one thing I realize that I just can’t accept current situation any more because it is not fair for anyone. I really need some advice from Yahoo answers. Please help me!

I've been dating my boyfriend for a little over a year. I still live at home (because of money) and he has an appartment. We spend nights together one place or the other. We both work. As far as the relationship goes there are no problems, but

I'm not a neat freak. I'm dine with clutter. I've got nothing against an unmade bed or a half-read newspaper in the living room.

But his place is gross. I honestly don't think that he's done dishes in a month. The sink is full and the counters are disgusting. His dirty laundry overflows his hamper and he doesn't fold his clothes and put them away after he washes them but leaves them in the basket.

We don't split the rent, so I don't feel that it's my place to say anything. He doesn't want me to clean and I shouldn't have to.

It's not healthy. It can't be good for his alergies and I'm afraid one of us is going to end up with food posioning over his kitchen.

How do i get him to see the problem?

Is this normal sometimes at this age and time in a person's life? It has been over a year since I have felt this way, and some of my girlfriends say they went through a time like this at my age too..

I also recently went on anti-depressants because my mom has cancer that I find hard to deal with (for the past 5 years), I am stuggling with what I want to do with my career and hate my job, and just feel sort of confused and lost. But this has been for a while now. Are you still suppose to have the same butterflies and excitement as you did after 7 years? Help! He treats me very well.

I have recently started dating a new girlfriend. We have been dating for about a month. We are both 20 years old. I worked so hard to keep the relationship going and he didn't. I left because I knew I deserved better and someone who really wanted to be with me and work to stay together. I don't regret breaking up because it was the right thing to do, but I feel angry and dissapointed more than sad and upset. Some say I should be upset that I let someone I love go, but others say good riddance. Is it ok for me to be glad he's gone? And how soon is it appropriate to start dating another guy, who I know wants to be with me? I'm not trying to get serious, I just want to see where it goes?

a week and a half ago my girlfriend of 2 years(who is 6 months pregnant) mom came over to her house in the morning and i was there,her mom hates me,.cause i got her daughter pregnant or something,.anyways,.she went off on me,for no reason ,..starting hitting me,.so i started going off and tryed walking out the house,..(did not touch her)she followed me out hitting me,when i turned aroung she socked me in the eye,..i was pissed,.didnt hit her,i spit in her face,..DID NOT HIT HER,...i called the cops,.no one was arrested but girlfriend broke it off,.said were over,.and it sucks. i really care about this girl,.i know i dont have to be with her to see my future daughter,.i have a 2 yr old boy from a previouse relationship,..but i havent talked to this girl for a week and a half,..miss her like crazy dont know what to do,.i disrespected her mom,.but did not deserve to get beat up,.it was uncalled for,..what should i do??? tryed to call her at work,she doesnt have a house phone,.please help!
