He was one of the greatest, down to earth people I have ever encountered. He really loved life and was a true adventurer. World has lost an amazing human being and I will really miss him.

I was on 'yahoo answers' the night before he died and somebody had written a question about Steve Irwin. I am not going to repeat it, but will say, that as that person has now had his wish come true, I sincerely hope that his/her conscience is biting them in the backside.

Steve Irwin was energetic, enthusiastic and an all round good person. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

I do feel bad for his family that he left behind. But, I am not surprised that he died in this manner. He got what he deserved. He was always teasing and taunting animals to point of annoyance. Those poor animals!! Being tormented just for human entertainment. I am sad at the lost of a human life, but I have always felt that he "over did it". What about the time he took his 2 or 3 month old infant son into the crocodile pit during feeding time and even went so far as to put the infant on the ground (standing position) in a joking manner? That was child endangerment!! I couldn't believe my eyes!! That's as crazy as Michael Jackson dangling his baby son from the balcony!! Sick. I don't mean to offend anyone (like I offended my sister, she loved him too!) but this is just my opinion.

What a great man, what a great life.. he lived his life to the fullest, and he had an amazing passion for wild life.. I feel sad that he is gone, but I am sure he lived the purpose of his life, he did what he loved doing the most , and enjoyed life. Its not how long you live your life that matters..its how you live it.. Steve lived a great life and may be it was time for him to go.. and thats something beyond anyones control..Goodbye Steve, and I wish you good luck in your new journey..

hell yeah he replaced into the proper nature producer in heritage in my ideas, placed his existence on the line to maintain animals, only a shame his demise wasnt slightly more desirable dramatic (that sounds undesirable even as u examine it yet i propose it with appreciate) of all issues a stingray, im particular he might want to really have lengthy gone down scuffling with a croc or a shark.
