I have recently started dating a new girlfriend. We have been dating for about a month. We are both 20 years old. Last weekend I tried to put the moves on her and she resisted my advances and stated that she is a traditional girl and committed to waiting till marriage. Funny thing is she is exactly the kind of woman I want to marry one day, but not the kind of girl I want to date right now. We are only young once, right ? I understand that she is sincere about her values, but I am falling hard for her, and don't know if I could hold out for YEARS. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like if you really love her than honor her decision to wait.It will end up being all that special and forever.Put a ring on her finger and set the date!!Its really nice to see that she is sticking to her guns.That is the making of a real good girl.By you waiting is a good thing.You'll see down the road.Sex isn't everything.

Hey, you just answered your question. She is the kind I woman I want to marry one day. So, you are telling me you are wanting to have sex. Well, you will have to let her go and find someone to have sex with, and hope she doesn't find someone else in the meantime that will be willing to wait. You are not ready for a commitment if you are not willing to wait. There are ways you can have a close intimacy with someone without having "sex." (or if you are talking about intercourse). Good luck to you. I hope you find your right person. In the meantime, if you must play around, don't do it behind her back because she will find out. Also be sure and use a condom and a lot if discretion. This is a hard one to answer because I am a Christian but not an ignorant one, and not one who has not sinned.

Dont force her into something that she does not want to do. Just if you are totally interested in her and want to see how things go be patient. If you cannot handle waiting till your married like she wishes you need to move on. But the sex is better after marriage.

Let me tell ya something... You have no clue. If the chick has told you that she wants to wait, and you are not OK with that. You are the wrong dude for her. You are not worthy of her, and therefore you need to get out so she can find a Man who will love, and respect her feelings. You obviously are not ready for marriage, because you don't understand what a real relationship is about. It's not about your needs. It's about mutual needs. And compromise. However, values should never be compromised. Lose her, and go get a slut for the night, and the day, and the afternoon.

Just be good to her and respect her decision. Don't break up with her just because she doesn't want to right now. It may take her some time. She will love you even more if she knows that you respect her. Sex is an important and very intense thing to share with someone, however, developing a trust and friendship should be the first and most important thing.

you may not have to wait for years. if she eventually is the person you wanna one day spend the rest of your life with do not under any curcumstances lose her. you should respect the fact that she wants to wait till marriage and that should make you happy, cuz think about it, i'm guessing she's a virgin, so that obviously means she's never been touched before, she's gonna be all yours. lyk i said if you wanna spend the rest of your life with her one day, keep her. everyone else won't be as important as she is.

If you care for her, you will respect her wishes and at the same time stay faithful. If thats the girl you want to be with, maybe you should hold out to then it can be amazing for both of you. If not, maybe talk to her about doing other satisfying things together.

1st of all u have to respect her and her values to the fullest.. if she says no then it's no and u shouldn't dwell on it.. it is possible to have a relationship w/out sex, it's just that u've been exposed to it already so of course u want it w/everygirl ur dating..
but ur contradicting what u want, u say u want to marry a girl like her but u dont want to date her now.. u want someone to put out.. if ur not gonna do right by her then u should leave her and not lead her on..
