Family & Relationships - 5 September 2006

The person in control of any relationship is the one who cares the least about maintaining it. The reason being that they are less willing to negotiate their position. After a lot of thinking, I find myself agreeing with this. How does anyone else feel about this? Anyone want to suit up and weigh in on it?

I am a dreamer, and dream almost every night, and, I can remember most of my dreams.
I used to have dreams with my brother in them, not a lot...sometimes, but not now!
I did have one dream, 2 months after my brother passed on, on my birthday. I feel it was Him saying goodbye to me, as well as wishing me a "Happy Birthday".
But, alas, that is it !
I have not had one dream with my darling brother in any of them since.

Can anyone shine a light on this for me, as I do wish to see His lovely face again.

I am currently interior designing a multi-million dollar motel, and normally I wear business attire when seeking out suppliers. When at home I dress in my comfy clothes (track-suit pants and t-shirt) when one afternoon I ducked out to a potiential supplier (with only a half an hour before they closed - so didn't have time to change) to check on something and take some photos. Because of the way I was dressed, I was ignored, and frowned upon for taking the photos. The next day when I went back (dressed in my normal attire) 3 or 4 assistants came up to me and asked if I needed help, and when I told them what I was needing the photographs for, they couldn't have been more helpful. I felt a little like Julia Roberts in 'Pretty Woman'!!
Has anyone else been pre-judged because of their appearance?

I was wonering at what age when you let your baby sleep on his tummy? My almost 4 month is put on his back when I put him in the crib, but when I wake up he is sleeping on his tummy. He sleeps better this way, so is it ok to just put him that way, so he sleeps good from the start? When I start him out on his back he gets mad! Thanks !!!!!!!!

a week ago he confessed about having or@l s3x and s#x with a prositute 2 days prior to his confession. he said he was guilty, promised he won't do it again and told me he realized i was the only woman for him. now he's worried that he might have gotten HIV and keeps wanting my affirmation that everything would be fine. i think its unsesitive of him to ask that question. it hurts me everytime he asks me because i keep remebering what he had done. im hurting so much and i thought as days passed it will slowly go away, but i guess i was wrong.
now i dont know why did he confessed to me? what was his motives? was it because he's just really sorry or something else.

We changed the locks on the door, because he had been coming home drunk at all hours of the morning. He was very loud and abusive. He has changed completely since he has been with this girl. She is always making threats , because she wants him all too herself. I don't even talk to her, she scares me. She sends me vulgar emails of her and my son in bed together. She will not leave me alone, and I keeping asking my son to tell her to leave me out of their relationship. She has done some very mean and nasty things to me and I just want to be left alone by her. Anyway, we just wanted him to think about the drinking etc. But, he went off the deep end and left me horribly mean messages on the answering machine and I just sat there and listened while he wished me dead . I didn't say anything to him that night. And, he said things that he will regret more than he knows. Now, I found out that they are gettting married. He left and said he never wanted to hear from any of his family again.

i never thought that it will come to this point, but i got to do something about it.
wheb i first changed my school, i met a lot of people whom i have considered as friends, it used 2 be nice at first. i saw a girl whom i liked but at those days i wasnt thinking abut taking an step forward.
i found a new besty friend who was a nice person. he waz a kinda rich kid who every girl would like, and he waz one of the only persons who knew that i like her, they were others who i have told them. one day it spreads out and everybody find out about it, it wasn't anything serious so i didn't suspect any of those guys,but imagine how annoying would it be to hav ppl who keep asking " you lyk that girl huh?".one day, the guy whom i hav known as my bestfriend, decides 2 introduce me 2 the girl, i thought he is doing me a faviour, but he saied " hey, friend meet my gf!". but this is just the beging,i stopped lyking the girl the day after,but she was nice 2 me so we became gud friends,to be continued
