I have, or had, a crush on a guy who I found out is gay, but I decided to become friends with him anyway because i still think he is a great guy.. but I feel like I am flirting whenever I talk to him, and I don't mean to..I don't want him to think I still like him in that way even though I know I probably always will..is there a way I can make this less obvious? and If I invite him to go somewhere with me will he think i am still flirting, because I REALLY don't mean to.. I just want to be able to hang out with him like I do with my other friends, but I am scared that I already freaked him out because he found out I like, or liked him, and that there is no hope of a real friendship..

I am a happily married woman who has a friend who is a single chef. He has the sweetest personality, he is intelligent, sensitive and kind. His problem is he is overweight (currently - on a weight loss program) and has no confidence when it comes to women. Nearly all of his male buddies have girlfriends, but treat them with no respect at all. Yet they manage to stay together. He does not want to become like them, but finds most girls he meets 'just want to stay friends.' He is not ugly and is only 27 years old. Where can he meet decent girls who wants to be treated like a lady?

I have always gotten along with my inlaws but lately they seem to pick everything we do apart. I should say he (fatherinlaw) can dish things out but when you give it back its wrong. then my mother in law says one thing to us runs back tells him another then comes back and says something different to us again. I am very frustrated with this and we are ready to just tell them to leave us alone. Does anyone else have any issues like this with thier inlaws if so i would really like some advice.

Ok guess the roles are reversed here. My husband has no sex drive, never has. He's happy with it once every 2 weeks. And I want it 2x a day. I've been dealing with this for over 10 years. And I thought I would just get used to it or be able to deal with it. But I'm not. He won't listen to the fact I have needs. I have tried everything from waking him every morning with a BJ to waiting for him at the door in lingerie. Even promises of a 3-some with another woman. No "rise" from him lol.
My question is first off is he weird or what. Every guy I ever dated before I met him couldn't stay out of my pants. All his friends tell him he's lucky to have a wife that wants it all the time. I need "some" and have a close friend willing to help me out. Should I go for it? I think it's the only way I can stay with my husband and survive going without. I mean if I don't I will probably leave him over it all. We fight about it alot. I do love him so much. What's your opinion?

Everytime I meet someone from my hubby's past they tell me about some past g/f and how ugly and slutty she was. I asked him if if he thought they were ugly and he said no. He said he was always looking for love not lust. I felt like he was saying that a person lusts after someone they find sexy but that they can love an ugly person. It sort of sounded to me like he was saying that I wasn't any prettier than the others (which obviously hurt my feelings)

I just was looking for an opinion that might help me to feel less like scum. Since everyone who knew him before me seems to think that all his g/fs were ugly then I wonder what they think of me. How can I stop worrying about what others think about me..... especially the feeling of thinking that my hubby doesn't find me attractive? Do you know any good books on lowering one's expectations or raising one's self esteem? Thanks all

It took me a long time to get used to sleeping with my wife.....I thought I would never get used to it, and yet now it feels weird if she isn't next to me.

p.s. We have been married 5 years and we met right here on Yahoo.

I bought my dress on clearance at David's bridal.... so I am not about to blow $200 on a veil from them! I have been looking around, online and different stores.... but it's hard to tell the quality until you actually get it. Can anyone recommend a place or someone they really liked?? I am looking of an ivory veil- just a one to hang behind me.... longer then shoulder lenght... and drops pretty straight...no puffy stuff. And a large (tall) rhinestone princess/queen type tiara. Can be from 2 totally different places...

I have been living alone since I left my husband two years ago and I love it. I work and pay all the bills and take care of the house on my own. Now I have a bf who is starting to ask questions such as "could I spend a week at your place" or "I would like to wake up with you". I love he visiting and we have wonderful romantic moments together, but the odd thing is that despite being 32, I dont miss a guy at home, and I fear that he moving in will cause lots of changes on my routines, less time to do what I like, and also the return of those responsabilities that would look to much 'marriage-like' (such as: providing meals, cleaning what he leaves dirty etc). the other day he had a shower at my place and left the towel on the middle of the living room. My first thought was: 'no I dont need this again'. on the other hand, if I 'fail' to move into the next leve, could he decide to break up with me? He seems ready to settle down.
