I met a guy online and we have been communicating for the past 3 weeks via email and IM. He gave me his number last week and then I gave him mine...he said he would call soon, but it has been 4 days. Sometimes it is hard to get through on my cell...but who knows. He emails every day and sometimes 3 or 4 times a day, except for today. But it is his birthday and I wanted to call him...but don't want to be forward. If he really wanted to talk to me wouldn't he call? I mentioned in an email that I thought about calling him but didn't and his response was that I really should have. Should I call?

Think about it. Girls are pickier than ever. They have no problem being mean to unattractive guys, but also have no problem flirting with, hitting on, hooking up with, and sleeping with all the "hot" guys, which makes the unattractive guy feel even worse.

And to compound matters, we always have to hear bullshit questions like "Where are all the good guys?" and worse still, "All men are jerks" because some "hot" guy used her for sex and even cheated on her. But it gets worse STILL, because before long, the girl will miss her "hot ex" and want to hook back up with him! In the meantime, the unattractive guy has yet to have a girlfriend his entire life.

It's totally unfair. Can you think of any time in history worse than today? I can't.

I have a friend who I recently met through another friend. The three of us go hiking together, and I love the friendship we've formed. Now this guy is asking me out, though. I let him know I'm not looking for anything and he said he just wanted to hang out. So we went out, but it was definitely a date. He wouldn't let me pay for anything and opened car doors, etc. Now he keeps calling and asking if I want to go out. I haven't called him back yet, but I don't know what to do. I want him to stop asking to hang out one on one, but I don't want things to be awkward when we go on hiking trips. and I definitley don't want them to stop inviting me along on hikiing trips because of the whole thing. Why do guys always have to do this?? I really like him as a friend but just don't want to date him. what should i do??

Cuz I have truely been busy trying to get my life straightened out. We've been together since November. We live in different apartments, about 20 miles apart. He works 2 jobs, and I dont like to wait until 1 am to see him. We used to see each other 3 times a week. Now only once a week, n last 2 times we couldnt be alone. He got drunk last night and called my phone at 3 am about 8 times but I was sleeping. What would you think, do you think he is understandable, or do you think he thinks I am doing something bad? I am very serious with the woman I'm with now, serious as in after college I want to ask her to marry me. The other night she was playing with my cell which I've had for around 2 years, mind you I haven't taken pictures with it for about a year and a half, i.e. before we met. She found pictures that were taken when I went on vacation with the guys, and they were bad pictures. Me making out, Boobs, my face in boobs, some girls gine, etc. I wasn't holding on to the memories, I just forgot they were even there. Anyway, she handled it well and when I told her that it was before her she was okay with it and said she trusts me. I know women hold on to things, and there is a good chance it is still on her mind.

i have been married for almost a year, and so far we only argue about money. I came from well-off family but my husband isnt. my wife of 6 years of marriage and 4 small kids has got a wild hair up her butt and decided she wants a divorce.i am great to her and my kids and people are always telling her that.we got married young but this is just a temparary phase she s going thru.i hate to see her end this and regret this later.she is only thinking of her self ,and not thinking of me or our kids.my kids are constantly saying they dont want me to leave and crying.she has got the wrong idea of love.the felling of being "in love" comes and goes,but the deep love is still there.does any one have any advice on this?how maybe i could win her back or convince her to go to counciling with me?

He has a very big ego and lives by the words "do what I say not what I do" I have always just wanted to be his equal and he tried but sooner or later he would do somthing disrespectful and it was always down hill. He is already living with another girl and we have only been broken up for less than 3 months. He will never give money to my parents that he borrowed. i believe we all know that we are the only 1's who can make our own choices, but this is just seeking advice & there is no reason people should assume other details & then tell you how you SHOULD feel. i DO NOT shuffle men in & out of my childrens lives, & yes you CAN luv more than 1 person as there are differrent kinds & depths of loves with many reasons why. praise those who answer from their hearts, minds & experience. i have not screwed with anyone's feelings & have had my share of trauma & had no choice but to grow up at a VERY young age, NOT even referring to my 8yr marriage & first child at 17, but LONG b4 then. my 16, 13 & 7yr old knew my current b4 it was a relationship. my oldest 2 are from my marriage, my youngest from a sad loser i was with for 5yrs(at least i was blessed w/ her) this is the 4th major relationship i have ever been in, this current 1. there was truly no good reason to have an EX-fiance, too many things were happening & we made a mistake 2 let it go this far
