I have a wonderfully happy life. Because its not mine. I gave it to the Lord and serve my Lord and king daily. My home and hope are in heaven. I am not a church freak or a TBN nut. I know JESUS and he saved me. End game... I am going to heaven and I can't wait. If you put your hope in things of this earth, they fail. You put it in people, they fail. It has to. Only the Lord can satisfy. If you would like a "meaty" answer might I suggest listening to the apologist Ravi Z. www.rzim.com. Look for the Radio archives. He gave a defense of the gospel to 1000s of GTech Students. Its called top 5 questions form students. OK I am rambling now. Someone will certainly give you a pep talk. But the TRUTH is JESUS. He is the living water. The only thing that will Satisfy.
Blessings.

I feel like I'm sort of stuck where I am right now, but I think it will get better. My situation is not as bad as others' situations are. I'm basically in an average happy mood. But I can be sad at times, like anyone else.
People are unhappy sometimes because of the need to succeed in life for a better life, and sometimes it doesn't always work out. Or they do succeed in the end. But it takes much longer than they think and until their success or they face many setbacks, so they always feel like giving up. Some others who succeed all the time might be unhappy because they always have to succeed, or they don't feel worthy.
I think to have a happier life, just stay down-to-earth and don't give up on things.

Most days
I'm a happy person, I think positively and expect the good... I guess you can say I see the glass as half full. I seem to have an inner sense that I know I'll always be ok and I don't worry a lot about things that I can't control. Of course there are days I'm unhappy and frustrated, but generally I am happy. I think it comes from being truly grateful for what I have, for the opprotunities of living in this day and age, and in this country and I don't sweat the small stuff... it's just not worth it.
I think people who are unhappy, have a 'victim' mentalitiy and want others to take care of them and take responsibility for them .... they haven't learned the valuable lesson that anything worth having is worth working toward and earning, inlcuding others respect.... life can be hard, but just step forward one foot at a time and with maturity and experience I think you grow into the security of being ok....
I like your question and hope your happiness is contagious to the rest of the world.

I feel pretty good most days! I am a happy person and lovin it. I guess people are unhappy, because their depressed (they lost somebody or something terrible happened). Hopefully they won't stay unhappy for too long! I'm just happy I'm not one of those people who gets unhappy after something terrible happens. Ya I'm upset about it, but I don't let it control my life and move on.
Reminder: Bad things will happen, but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on the good things in life.

I am generally a happy person.
I think alot in life is all about being satisfied. People tend to compare themselves with others and thats what ruins everything they have going for themselves.
I use to compare myself to others alot. Feeding off of that negative energy is not only unhealthy but also one of the major reasons for being unhappy. Instead of focusing on the negative and saying "Oh I wish I was as rich as him" or "I wish I was as pretty as her" you should rather strive towards it. If you want to lose weight work out. If you want to be rich work harder. Striving towards the goal will help, NOT complaining!
Its the little things in life that bring me happiness. Make sure your surrounded by happy and optimistic people. They tend to look at life dirrerently. They turn negative and bad situations into good with thinking positive and working hard. This will definately help you be happier in life.
If you feel like you have to much neagtive energy in you try and use it for something positive. Be productive! For instance I paint when I get too frustrated or sad. You could maybe workout or do some gardening or shopping or talk it out by calling a friend or perhaps play a video game. Don't keep it all bottled in. Its all about finding a solution quickly and moving on rather than sitting there and dewelling on it!
If possible read this one book called "Who moved my cheese." I know sounds like a silly book but trust me if you read it and apply it to your life you will be happier and productive in all aspects of your life ... school, relationships, work, career, family ...etc.
Hope this helps you :)

It depends, some days I feel really blue while other days I am really happy. I try to maintain an even keel though. I have not been actually diagnosed with bi-polar but some of my close friends say that I have all of the signs. I usually try to do things that make me happy such as playing computer games, or golfing when the temperature is low enough. The biggest thing that would make me happy is when I can move back to Ohio to be with my girlfriend.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy most days...I think people are unhappy because life can be a ***** some times & we all have our days..there's those who go about life in negative way then there's those who go about it in a more positive way..it's all about how you see the world...Every one's different, we all have are personal reasons why we feel the way we do.

I think it all depends on how you see life. We need to appreciate what we have already, not to want what we cant' have. Sometimes we spend most of our lives fighting for something impossible, and we think that when we, or if we get it.. we will find happinesss. Just looking at the sunset, feeling the rain, enjoying the people we love..should give us happiness. We don't understand that the way we feel is the way we ,and that is what we share...with those around us. So.. if you learn to be happy.. you will share happines and therefore...find it in everything around you.... Thank you for reminding me.....How to smile again...!

I'm thankful for the rainy day's as well as the sunshine, I find joy in a simple cup of coffee. Life is to be enjoyed not to be struggling along. Take time to really listen to what your saying. Life is a gift to be enjoyed everyday. If your so unhappy evaluate your problems, figure out what is the source of it.
