Sounds like the new year school jiggers. It will run it's course, just be patience with yourself. Think positive thoughts, don't give into negative reasoning. God doesn't give a spirit of fear, so don't have it!

One thing that will help is to get some Arrid XX, unscented, if you don't smell you will have less to worry about. And being afraid to speak in class is just something you have to come to terms with, as in getting used to it, there really is nothing to be afraid of, as you get older you will lose these fears

Just get to the root of the problem. are you scared you might have to interact or hold hands with :)a boy or what is going on in that precious little mind of yours? Just figure out why and then everything will be fine:)

Consult a dermatologist, you did not say how how old you are but I had the same problem and I grew out of it, but a doctor could help

wear clothing that will keep you slightly cold like sleeveless , and that way if you continue to sweat you can put somew xtra deoderant on easily

soak a washcloth with Listerine and wipe your armpits with it first...let dry real good, and then put on anti-pers. try it..super trick!!
