Okay, so I've got this hot date that I want to impress..I told her that I would make her a romantic dinner at my place. I figure I'll throw a towel over a card table, put out a couple of candles and we'll have a feast.

My wife and I have know each other for 2 and a half years. We got married 8 months ago. When we met, she had 2 kids, ages 1 yr. and 5 months. They are now 4 and 3. We had our first child together last year and he's now 1 yr and 5 months. He has recently started talking and calls me Da-da because my wife addresses me as such to him. The step-kids were calling me by my first name, now they have started to call me Daddy. I am not comfortable with this, but I let it go on for a while. Now I've expressed that I want them to call me by my first name and she doesn't agree. She says that if they call me by my first name, then my son will have to also. Is this fair? I don't want anyone to feel better than the other. It would be wrong to have 2 kids calling me by my first name and my son calling me Dad. I'm thinking that would cause resentment between them in the future. Any suggestions? Also......their father does not play any role in their lives since they've been born.

It used to be the perfect little thing it would clean up after me and serve me meals and clean up after the kids..Now she does not want to do anything around the house and saying that her mother was right about me..But i told It that It knew what she was getting into when I acquired her..So how do I fix her? why is it when a couple breaks up one of them tend to be more on the agressive side and make matters worse? why does that person insist that that is going to work when you both know the realtionship is NOT going anywhere and that same person makes matter worse like breaking your things, damaging your vehicle, stalking , the non-stop phone calls the same goes for if you see the same person month or even years later why doesnt the annomosity STOP.....is this a way of getting attention i dont get it

I did not hurt her physical, but emotical. I have block out all the good things in my life and I have come to realize that I may have lost the best thing that could have happen to me. I may have even lost my solemate. I met her when I was 15 years old. She use to have this crush on me that drove me crazy. But over the years I have not really been a good friend to her.
