If so, why? Shouldn't you be friends with the popular or cool kids, ie the jocks, hotties and the cheerleader types?

all my friends are freeks or geeks. Popular(cool)kids are full of themselves and make pretty bad friends. They are only tolerable when they are away from their friends.

if their really ur friends then u shouldnt care. i hav alot of friends and some r nerds and some are popular. sometimes the other peple arent as nice as the nerds or geeks. just stick with your real friends

Jocks, hotties, and chearleader types, as you so put it, are a dime a dozen. They are not "real" friends. They use and abuse. Geeks are loyal and true.

yeah my gay freind is a totall nerd but hes so nice and hes so sweet and cute why not be friends with him.
