Usually after 15 or 20 minutes of good sex it is time for a break. Take a little break and then go at it again. The second time will then last longer.

Do your 15 or 20 minutes (that's NOT premature, BTW (15 or 20 seconds is premature)) and then do it again. Eventually you will be able to maintain your erection without "premature" ejaculation.

15 to 20 minutes does not seem like premature ejaculation to me. But if you want to last longer, whack it first, or get a bj before, and then hit it.

Give your partner time to get excited again and then its your turn. Sometimes it all depends on whats going on which can either delay or speed up ejaculation. I know for me it all depends on how anxious i am to get it. Like others have suggested, it wouldn't hurt to try a little foreplay. That may heighten the process.

Give her oral sex before you put it in. That way she has already finished or will finish by the time you're done.
15-20 minutes is not a bad time. If you finish and she doesn't, just go get a snack and a drink to get your energy back. Have her give you oral to make you "hard". Then start again.

Just trying to make an impression, aren't you? well, you go tie it with cord and tighten-up the noose every time you feel like coming. This'll keep you dry all night long and in the morning you can frig yourself silly.

build up your endurance by whacking off and trying to use your muscle to delay ejaculation as long as possible, strengthen your muscles by flexing them. alot of guys have that problem the first few times-I've never been with a man who didnt flop the first time take it easy on yourself.
