Ive been with my man for 5 years, and we're getting married next year, but lately I've been "noticing" certain guys more than usual.....We're both young, attractive professionals, and both get "attention". I mean, we both agree that Looking is allowed, but I've caught myself flirting a bit much with some people without even realizing.....

Should I tell my fiance? I'm not thinking of breaking up, but Im wondering if we need to spice up our relationship.....

It seems so many of us are in bad relationships, just got out of one, or still looking for the right one.... I think we have to come up with a better system of matching the correct two together.. Ever meet someone that you were jealous of there relationship because they reall were great together. Shouldn't more of us start finding that?

I met a guy at a bar (just turned 29 and I am 26) and he came over to talk to me and ended up talking to me the entire night. Initially my thoughts were indifferent and I really did not expect anything to really progress or if he even liked me. I guess I am not real optimistic about meeting a guy in a bar, but I went with it b/c he just seemed really sincere and nice not to mention cute!! He ended up being a perfect gentleman. We had great conversation. He politely asked me if he could kiss me. The kiss was great too. The whole night was great and we really hit it off. We kissed but it went no further nor did he try. By the end of the night he politely asked me if he could have my number. He also invited me to one of his buddies birthday parties 3 weeks from now. I think I should definitely NOT go if I do Not here from him. How long will it take for him to call? Or will he? I am not used to this. Need Advice!!

He says he is not gay and he really loves my sister. He just likes to mess around with guys occasionally. It would be completely "no strings attached". At first I was offended but then I thought. Hey, maybe this could be a regular thing. Sneaking out during family gatherings to make a store run and getting buzy on the sly and then coming back to the gathering with our own little secret. It's all so very hot and twisted. What do you think?

Although the wedding is years off, I often find myself wondering how I am going to pull it off. I am Wiccan, my boyfriend is Atheist. My family is a mix of liberal and conservative Christians, his family is mostly more of the conservative Christian type (to my knowledge). I want to incorporate ideas of a handfasting, but not so much that it becomes obvious to those attending. I would prefer not to have a minister, or preacher, etc (although perhaps a minister from a UU church would work), and I don't want a whole bunch of "God this, God that, amen amen." Does anyone have any tips, personal stories, or ideas on how to do a wedding such as this? I still want it to be personal and spiritual, but anything but Christian. Some ideas I had were things like replacing the popular "Unity Candle" with the tieing of hands with an explanation of what it means to us.

He's 23, I'm 20, and I'm transferring to a 4-year college. We're not going to stay together when I move because I don't want a long-distance relationship. It's always been my dream to move away for college, and I finally get to do it, after two years of community college. I only met him a year ago but he's already decided he's "madly in love" with me and wants to be with me for the rest of his life. He cried sooo hard all night long, saying that I'm getting what I want no matter what (college), but he can't get what he wants no matter what (to be with me forever). I'm having horrible feelings of guilt for putting him through this, and I don't know if I'm strong enough to go through another horrible night like that. I'd so greatly appreciate any advice! Thank you.

I and my wife are in a hard spot her parents and grandparents who once hated me and would not allow me into thier home or busniess, wouldn't even come to our wedding becuase of racial difference now want to be apart of our lives. My in-laws have a racialist view meaning race has rank. They felt they had a personal right to praticing racial discrimination with their busniess even though i could of had their deli closed. They felt that they were tring to protect there adult daughters quality of life. Thats when a bridge was burned. 2 years later we are married bought our home and had our first child this month and the inlaws are calling asking to come over like everything is ok and we should trust them. We both don't trust them and feel repeled by them. But at the same time we can't hate them for wanting love and see our child. We have certain standards for people to be in our life and even higher standards to be in our childs life. Are we being spitful in feeling this way.

I'm looking to get people's opinions on using pro se in divorce proceedings in California, namely Alameda County. I have the basic gist of pro se but want to know of people's experiences. Is it worth it? I've been preped by a lawyer and have been assured that family law judges would favor my case due to the unique circumstances prevailing i.e. I've been the primary care taker of my two children for the last 6 years. But I don't know how the finances will pan out. We are trying to work out a settlement outside of court but keep getting into arguements. We want to use mediation. But would arbitration or pro se be better in lieu of our arguing? Any advice would help and serious ones at that, please.
