Molestation is when one person crosses a boundry of touch someone elses body. It doesn't even need to be a sexual part of a body for someone to feel like they have been molested. Most often the touching progresses to a sexual part of the body.
Yes an adult can be molested. If a person says no and you stick your tounge down their throat and you are feeling her up.....YES that is molestation.
Molestation is when one person crosses the line of appropate touching, and the person being touched doen't want to be touched.

You don't have to be kidnapped to be molested and its not being molested when you are grown its called sexual assulted. Molestation is when anyone under 18 is being touched in a sexual manner by someone older then themselves.
