my x-boyfriend will not go away nd he calles me ever day and he crys all the time because he knows im happy with a guy and i dont know what to do ?

Ignore this guy until he calms down and gets over it. He's probably crying cause he doesn't have anyone right now and he's probably jealous.

Stop answering the phone when he calls. Hopefully he will tire of his little game soon and stop on his own. If you really don't want to wait it out you can get your phone number changed. The phone company will change it free of charge if you let them know it is because of harassing phone calls.
Depending on how bad he really is you may want to bring it up a level.(I went through this with an ex) I had to actually contact the police department about his calls. After that I told him about it and informed him if he continued to call that the police would be taking over from there.(My ex used to drive by and sit outside my house all the time too though) Good luck.

As long as you give him ~any~ attention AT ALL, he'll think there is a chance.
Ignore him, as hard as that seems. At some point, he'll get really angry, say some awful things, and then he'll be done and move on.

well maybe he knows what he is missing and wants it back really bad. i would tell him if it were me, u just want to be friends, u can still hang out like FRIENDS, and do stuff FRIENDS do. and to not be upset, be happy cuz he can now date other girls too. to forget about u that there are others out there that he could be happier to be with. maybe it will work. just try to make him feel good about himself. it could work. idk.
