I am wondering if you are, do you work? And if you do, does your husband expect to be waited on when he gets home. Like he just wants to relax and doesn't feel that he should have to help out around the house. You should have his laundry ready for the week, the house should be clean when he gets home, the yard mowed, everybody in a good mood, plus you need to make his food for the week. I want to take care of my husband and I'd love it if things were this perfect too, but I can't be a "single" mom of three kids all week and work a full time job and still get all of his stuff done too. Does anyone else's husband do this and how do you deal with it?

Okay i'm with this great guy he is really independent though. I just need an opinion on this. I love my fiance very much. We've been together almost 2 yrs and getting married next year.

My mom and dad always seem to make a comment about him when I see them and he is not there. They always mention how they hate how he answers for me sometimes and that he thinks he knows everything.

I just get aggervated when they bring up the same flaws in him all the time. I mean no one is perfect, I have flaws too, and I can sometimes act like I know everything too, even though I dont.

I have talked to my fiance about answering a question that was directed at me. He said he is sorry and he does try to improve. I catch him on it all the time if it bothers me. He knows that he sometimes comes off as he knows everything. He said he dosent mean it that way. I understand this, and he told me he will work on it and try to phrase things differently.

Its like my parents think I can speak for myself. Its like they dont realize I will tell him when he is doing that.

My MIL/FIL will not call me on the phone, they invite my husband out to eat for lunch and not me, pretend like I don't exist, they never invite all of us anywhere, and wonder why I don't give up my time with my children for them. I feel like my MIL is trying to split my family. Being a working mom, I love my children and want to spend a lot of time with them. I don't understand why we can't all do things together? My MIL is very controlling, I have had to remove her from our finances and other inappropriate areas because my husband won't do it, HELP?
