I am getting married in October and am having a hard time picking gifts for the wedding party because I am unsure of the price range. Also, how much do you spend on the parents?

I'm planning a bridal shower/prewedding celebration for my friend who is coming back from a trip in August. She is Persian, her fiance is philipino. I am in charge of planning the party. I often go to the bar w my girls, just to hang, get my appletini, play pool whatever.... I have a bf and I'm very happy w/ him, but guys buy me drinks everytime I go out, and I'm definitely not trying to go home with them, but I like the gesture (and it saves me money).

ok. theres this boy and i have been friends with him for 14 years. we used to live right across the street from each other and we would be inseperable. but then i moved away. my grandparents still lived there so i got to see him every once and a while but it was never the same. his dad shot himself and his mom just recently got married again im so happy for them but they have to move. i cryed and cryed and cryed, so the main point of this story, i think i might like him. even though it is so strange for me to say i think that i always have and i have a feeling that he does to. i see all these movies where long term friendships from childhood turn into marriage and i just wonder. i dont know if i should tell him or not because i have a boyfriend right now...im afraid that i wont get to see him now that hes moving. what should i do...what should i say? i dont want to lose him forever...

My boyfriend (who ive been with for nearly 8 years) works for a local farmer they get on really well and since his wife left have become really good friends, my boyfriend goes out for drinks with him, to clubs etc, recently the farmers 25 year old daughter has got back after spending a year in australia. my boyfriend now sees her everyday at work and shes even started tagging along every time they go out! ( I can never gocos Im looking after our 2 children they all go out about 3 times a week and sometimes fri/sat night)He says shes really nice and they talk about loads together. Hes not been coming home from work till about 8.30/9pm, hes says hes been talking with the farmer but I dont believe it. I'm really jealous and I dont know why, hes never cheated on me but I get the impression she wants him. they seem to have a lot in common, I really dont like it and I want him to stop working its that bad, what should i do?!?

Been in a long distance r/ship for the past 9 months,my boy/f wasn't paying much attention the last few wks & at the same time I got attracted to another guy. We got close and we've made out a couple of times.I told my boy/f I like someone else but I haven't told him I made out with the other guy. I think he's already feeling angry and hurt that I would even like someone else.I need time to think and figure out what I want. How do I tell the new guy I need some space - in a nice way? We had a heart to heart talk and she told me that she didn't sleep with ANYONE while we were apart. This totally floored me as we are talking about 2 1/2 years and she is a very attractive woman. I just assumed she had been with other men. During our time apart I had sex with 3 women, no real relationships, just sex for the most part. I haven't told her this. Now I am terrified, what if she asks? How will she react? Why did she NOT get involved with anyone? This is like a time bomb now. Maybe she is lying and just didn't want to tell me about the other men because she was afraid of my reaction?

for real, i beat him in NCAA all the time! i love it! he doesnt. it's not just NCAA, it's golf, frisbee, everything! he's athletic, so i just don't get it. he gets really mad during the @ss kicking, so should i let him win or just keep on being GREAT?
